Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United KingdomSofa bed was a bit lumpy. Quite a rumble through the building from the proximity to Kings Cross. But that didn't stop us sleeping well.
Lovely clean warm room, although we had the AC on for sleeping. (Used to a cool home). Very helpful staff. Comfy single beds. Really nice shower in a clean bathroom. Plenty of drinks, more than one each which was lovely.

Very quaint - well concealed - very handy for St.Pancras Station. Good sized room. Very good air con & heating system. The room was well soundproofed as was the window which was sealed but at least we could look out. Brilliant shower, very comfortable be & nice bedding. Good to have at least one chair - great provision of kettle & an assortment of beverages with plenty of milk sachets for a change!

From a practical point of view it was about 5 minutes from St Pancras. We had a good breakfast at a local cafe (Plaka).only 2-3 mins from Keystone House, which opens at 7.00 am. At Keystone House,Rada (apologies if I have spelled your name wrong) was on the reception desk. Rada was friendly, helpful and overall an excellent ambassador for Keystone House. United KingdomOur only niggle was that the pull out sofa wasn't suitable for an adult as we were travelling as 2 female friends with our children and we wanted one parent and one child to each bed. It could only support the weight of children, but I am unsure if this is intended by the products design.
The online self check in and the keypad locks sent via email which meant I didn't need to approach reception at all, we went straight into the building and straight to the room. The rooms were well presented. Clean bathroom. Glorious shower.

United KingdomCould hear every train thst went past. The hotel also needs to implement a check out system as the male cleaner came into my room whilst I was in my underwear! I didn't hear him knock as I has the hairdryer on, but its unacceptable fir cleaners to let themselves into my room prior to the 11am check out time (if they kept a log of who had checked out already thus embarrassing situation could have been avoided). Other than that I enjoyed my stay.
Location was great. Lovely pub joined to hotel. Receotion staff were really helpful (especially the lady in the morning shift)
