The room had a bad odour The hotel itself was very small and had many doors and stairs. The TV didn't work very well and the WiFi was hit or miss also.

The ease of access to transport Location was nice Is nice if you're just looking for a place to wash and rest.

noisy being on a main road, we were ground floor and right outside our window was the car park and the main road. the radiator was broken and wouldn’t switch off so it was a sauna all night long and only two tiny windows to open. No plugs by the beds and only two plug sockets in the whole room for charging phones etc. The hotel was u for refurbishment and was a construction site mostly apart from our corridor it seemed but it had a lot of foot traffic past our door and all the doors slammed. Reception staff were okay, bordering on a little rude. Didn’t seem to want to be there or be particularly helpful, just felt a little uncomfortable.

good location for going to an event we had booked. asked for extra pillows and more tea and colder stuff and it was done. The shower was fairly decent water pressure.

the location is on a busy road and the side door was open all day between the hotels. this was closed at night. the hotel had a weird set up of the rooms. went through reception to go through a door and end up outside. had to enter another building to go to our room.

clean and staff were friendly. bed’s we’re comfortable and tea and coffee facilities in the room.

There was a blockage in the sink and they came to fix it, later at night I wanted to take a shower and it turned out that there was also a blockage in the shower... and the worst thing was that it was not possible to adjust the faucet... there was only boiling water and it was impossible to shower without getting burned, when I asked them to fix the problem they told me it was too late, I was sent to another room to shower there.. I had to pack my things and shower in a room far away from my room.. and come back dressed in pajamas in the corridors...

The bed was really comfortable, it was clean overall..

room was too hot. mold on curtains. smelled of smoke and cigarette marks in the bathroom. bed wasn’t comfy.

The noise! Not hotels fault just inconsiderate people that where also stopping there.

It was very outdated and the cleaning staff didn’t clean well. The rooms smelled of cigarettes and the WiFi was poor.

Cleanliness wasn't good. Dirt and mould all over the net curtains and windows. Curtains didn't shut properly. Sink had a massive crack in it. Decor was poor. Smell of damp throughout whole hotel. Tape over missing spotlight

The bathroom was disgusting. Mould, just not been cleaned at all, hairs on the floor.

For a family room it was fine, a decent size and the beds were very comfortable.

No heating in room, got round that by using hair dryer. TV worked fine if you only need 6 channels,(London live (on hourly loop),a kids network, vintage movies, vintage TV, and CBS reality re runs).and one that started at 10.pm. WIFI was not secure, so couldn't use it .

Breakfast was OK. Vegetarian only. Hot food was vegetarian sausage, hash browns, omelette/scrambled egg, baked beans and hard boiled egg.

Decoration was tired, cracked tiles in bathroom, hoover was left in corridor for 2 days. Room had one small window which faced out directly to a wall. No bin in room so had to keep going into the bathroom, akward when someone is using it!

location was great, very close to tube stations value for London was fab parking which is free and secure bedding was nice and clean and plenty of towels.

Not that well maintained, in need of renovation and better cleaning. No toilet paper, no hands towels.

Good location for transit, easy to find, parking available free of charges. Good mattress, clean bedlinen.

Toilet wasn't cleaned and old receipt on the floor between the table and wall. We had to move the table to seat on the bed during evening meal. That room had only one chair. It was noisy in the morning, could hear constant doors slungs.

Location easy to find from undergroud station. Lots of conviniet shops around.

The bathroom had a very strong urine sewage smell. The shower itself had broken parts and the tiles where broken.
