We chose one of the ground floor rooms with a patio and independent access from the rear car park. The sun falls on the patio area of these 6 rooms from 10:30am to around 5:00pm in early May so we were able to make use of the patio table and 2 chairs with removable seat cushions. Another nice feature of these rooms for us is the fridge, as we like fresh milk for our hot drinks. Everyone working there was very friendly and eager to help in any way. Breakfast time slots were available so that guests get a more personalised service. There was a huge range of choices all served at the table, and typical Norfolk sized large portions.

We were made to feel so welcome by everyone that we met. The service was impeccable and our room was spotlessly clean, warm and well provisioned with everything that we could wish for. The hotel itself is absolutely charming with really original decor, truly delightful and full of hidden treasures! Breakfast was amazing with homemade bakes and fresh fruit, in addition to a lovely breakfast menu all of top quality produce. A really lovely place to stay with great hosts and in a great location. We're really looking forward to a return visit very soon and can't recommend enough.

The walls are quite thin which is not a major problem but we did hear people walking on the stairs a few times and a could hear people knocking on other hotel guest doors. This hasn’t deterred us we will definitely stay again if we’re ever in the area.

Very quirky, super lovely staff and everything was really clean and tidy. For the price we paid it was exceptional. The breakfast was great and we couldn’t believe how much we were offered while we waited for our main breakfast to arrive. The rooms were so lovely decorated and housekeeping definitely work their hardest to keep the cleanliness levels high.

Just a small point was the security light outside our room was very bright making it more difficult to sleep. May not have been a problem if we weren't light sleepers

Ideal position right on the front at the nicer end of Yarmouth. Lovely and clean, and the staff made you feel at home, the accommodation was excellent 👌 the breakfast superb and I could go on and on.

Breakfast tea was almost too weak to creep out of the spout. If you use a four person pot but only put 2 tea bags in it because it's for 1 person then please,please,please only HALF fill with water!
