Power of the shower, but nothing major.

Hotel was very good and loved the theme and garden area, our court yard room was great, the breakfast was excellent great service, with more food constantly available, owners and staff very friendly, we really enjoyed our stay.

It was very unusual with ornaments and stuff everywhere!!

Room was fairly large and very cosy! Water was extremely hot!! Staff were incredibly friendly and it’s had a lovely atmosphere.

We stayed in a standard room with a vew to the rear which was nice . I didn't upgrade as this was only a 2 night stay ahead of a weeks holiday with family in another part of Norfolk. While the room was small it had everything we needed, the bed was immaculate and very comfortable and the shower was great. We had a warm welcome at reception and the team were lovely. This is a hotel with personality :-) We did not have food in the hotel so can't comment on that.

The rooms are a nice size, everything you need is there. A nice balcony with double doors which is lovely on a summers evening. The staff were lovely and very attentive and polite. Plenty of choice at breakfast.

Absolutely nothing.

The location was excellent, the staff were so friendly and helpful, we absolutely loved our room, the decor was tasteful but the icing on the cake for us was the balcony over looking the sea, we spent most of our time out there. The breakfast was excellent, nice little touches like fresh fruit and homemade warm scones and muffins. We absolutely loved everything about the hotel.

The shower but it didn't ruin our stay

We received a lovely warm welcome.The owners and staff were so friendly and extremely well organised our stay went nice and smoothly.The room was nice and clean .Was nice to have a bathroom you could actually move around in.The quality of the mattress was really good .The home made scones at breakfast was nice treat .The sofa in our room was nice and comfortable. Lay out of our room was perfect .

We stayed here for 4 nights and were absolutely blown away! The building is absolutely beautiful and this reflects on the inside too. Quirky decor was fantastic and the room didn’t disappoint either. A lovely view over the venetian gardens and sea. This hotel does the best breakfast you’ll ever have! The full English is a must and also the continental! The endless supply of fruit,juices and freshly baked muffins/scones is just phenomenal. We the had an evening meal and was once again bowled over by the quality and taste! Three courses later and we could only manage our way to the bar. The bar area is lovely and would cater for most tipples. A special mention of all of the staff who are genuinely the nicest, friendliest and happy bunch. I dont think we have ever stayed anywhere and felt so welcomed! We will be returning as soon as we can.

There we not enought gluten free or dairy free options everyone was getting cakes and muffins at breakfast and I felt a little.left out as they didn't travel options for me ... 8 still had to pay the same as everyone else (they did make a effort to put gluten free biscuits in our room) but no milk options for the tea and coffee station. Also we did stand around waiting quite a bit to be served at the bar, seemed a little under staffed But other wise a great visit x x x x

The location was perfect for us, we liked the fact that we could park easily but the absolute star of the stay was the breakfast. The quality of the ingredients and the potion size was fantastic!

There was nothing really that we did not like ...

Room was very clean and well presented... lovely comfortable bed, sofa and bathroom was compact but great.. Breakfast was great with a good choice... have to mention the extras, fruit and the fantastic muffins and scones all freshly baked... every day my husband and I commented on how much we enjoyed it... We had dinner the last evening we stayed... everything was lovely from the garlic mushrooms and garlic bread, the cod and beer batter was huge with lovely chunky chips, mushy peas and homemade tartar sauce... Bakewell tart for dessert was totally tasty and I felt it would be rude not to try it... The owners and every single member of staff made us feel so welcome and we loved the quirkiness of the place with great attention to detail... everyone simply promotes the hotel with a smile - well done to all...

We were a large group, with various dietary requirements - vegetarian, lactose intolerant and gluten free requirements. Same for dinner. The service was amazing and special thanks to Amanda for making our group feel so very welcome and that nothing was too much trouble.

During hot weather the rooms could do with a fan Although we had a patio area with the doors open we still could have done with a fan as there was no breeze

Our bathroom, although perfectly fit for purpose and immaculately clean, had an occasional drain like smell.

It was spotlessly clean! The communal areas were full of ornaments, trinkets, crockery and glass wear and there wasn’t a speck of dust anywhere! Our room was also perfectly clean. It was quite a small room but had the added bonus of a little balcony with views of the sea. The bed was super comfy. The owners and staff were all so friendly and helpful.

The walls were thin in the back part of the building where I slept, so I could hear the people either side of me very clearly. At first I thought there was a very heavy snorer, but it seemed that it might have been something else, because it was loudest in the bathroom. I usually travel with ear plugs but forgot them. However, I would happily stay again... but remember the earplugs!

Breakfast was excellent. Staff were fantastic.
