The only thing that would have been helpful and not available was a list of local places to find lunch/dinner. Lamphey itself has 3 places available. One was full, one was only serving its own residents and we did not try the third. Pembroke seems to have some places, but Sunday night was difficult.

The welcome was warm. The accommodation was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was, well, ... to say plentiful would be to understate the case. It was great! A visit to the restored walled garden is time well spent. And make friends with Dexter who you will see around,

The description of these cottages & b&b don’t do it justice!! The gardens are its’ hidden gem! There is a walled garden at the back of the property which is beautifully grown (we called it the secret garden or enchanted garden) & plenty of grounds in the front of the property to run around on, a badminton net, a tree swing & ponies. A friendly cat & couple of dogs. We came as a family with 2 girls. The carthouse was a perfect cottage for us. The in-laws & aunty stayed in the b&b & everyone has been thrilled with refreshment this setting has provided! Thank you Jane & Jon!!

There was nothing I didn't like. Perfect for my requirements.

Hosts friendly & welcoming. Room was large, airy & clean. Bed was comfortable with quality bed linen. Superb breakfasts. Made to feel very much at home. Peaceful setting & very relaxing. Dogs made welcome & at no extra cost. Beautiful grounds with plenty of places to sit & relax.

Cosy self contained cottage, with enclosed garden for our dog, everyone really friendly situated in a peaceful location with a walled garden and two Shetland ponies, an ideal base for exploring the surrounding areas , a lovely find for a late booking.

Probably re stocking post COVID restrictions but had to ask for hair dryer and coat hangers though readily supplied with apologies. Would benefit from coasters & placemats to protect coffee table and dining table. Second bedroom Window and patio doors poor fit.

Our mattress was not overly comfortable. The bathroom door was a bit stiff and my husband had to let me out a few times. The front door came open when it wasn't locked.

The location is excellent for driving around the Pembrokeshire Coast. The views were lovely from the room and the grounds greenery. The cooked breakfast was excellent, we particularly liked the sausage. The people running the place were friendly and accommodating. It was dog friendly which is also great.

The bed was one of the most comfortable that we have ever slept in.Plenty of hot water and fluffy white towels changed daily.Very good breakfast with a flexibility of choice.In all excellent value for money.

The accommodation was lovely, beautiful and quiet place in short driving distance to nice beaches, coastal walks etc. We stayed in the old bakery, which was nice and cosy, beds were comfortable.

Better covid facilities could have been put in place and better WiFi but would stay again the property was great As a suggestion I would have something in place for the upstairs windows in the cart house and accident waiting to happen with children

I did not like anything about the property it was horrible no radiators in the house expect one in the living room witch is pointless as it didn't even warm up the home! There was cobwebs and dust everywhere no TV in bedrooms the bathroom absolutely stank and the owner was very creepy honestly I didn't even want to stay there it was so bad

I liked where the property was located it was very quiet and the views were lovely

It was bigger than expected and lovely and warm when we arrived. The car was parked just out the back to where we were staying with easy access to the house. I would definitely go again.
