There weren't enough parking spaces for hotel guests, and check out time should be 11.00am.

A TV in the room would have been useful

Room was clean and beds were comfortable. Shower was lovely and hot after running water for a while. Breakfast was included and was tasty with plenty of choice.

No shower gel and bathroom a bit basic. Instructions to get to the accommodation once on campus could have been better. Guest services had moved and directions to new location were not clear. Tea and coffee not replaced durning stay. Was a bit expensive for what was on offer. £60-70 a night would be more reasonable. Breakfast could be optional and extra.

That we only had a small amount of toilet roll and no new ones left. Not a problem in most settings. But no staff to ask due to the type of accommodation. We ended up having to do a student public toilet race at 9:15am. Due to this we were running late and still in our room at 10:06 just getting stuff together to leave. The housekeeping didn’t knock and say housekeeping, instead stormed in and then shut the door quickly when they got a view of my hubby getting dressed. No apology. Not the best. A shame as we have stayed over 4 times and it’s been great.

It was basic but fine for visiting our daughter at uni. Breakfast is always lovely.

We tried to contact L U to discuss our room allocation the day before we were due to arrive and found that process extremely frustrating and in the end impossible.

You may need to contact them if you book with bookings.com to get you code for the key and room number. The day before arrival we still didn't have it, but we called and the desk immediately sent the email.

On campus, so suited our needs. Contact free checkin and checkout made it easy (but the key pickup unit is a bit fiddly). Good breakfast. Exactly what you expect for living in a Uni campus residence room (don't expect hotel quality for this price).

Bathroom had seen better days, very high step up into the small shower. One of the sockets by the desk didn't work. Needs a lamp on the desk, the 2 bedside wall-lights are pretty much useless.

Perfect for dropping our daughter back to University. Comfortable bed, very clean and tidy. Lovely tea/coffee tray with plenty on it.

Parking is a problem. You can only get a ticket to start parking in the morning at 8 O'clock. So you need to be up at 8 to get a ticket.
