When we checked out, and it was past 9Am already,there was nobody at the counter so the young lady that was taking care of breakfast had to come take care of us. They should have more staff in the morning.

Great location, staff and service. The staff goes out of their way to please you. Rooms are really nice. Breakfast is delicious. Hotel bar a must. Great restaurants and pub a short walking distance away.

Showering In the tub is awkward. The drains did nyt drain. There was no country space for things In the toilet.

I went to have a bath and relax after a day of activities and a night dining in Le Monde and then dancing in Shanghai (it was 00:45) and it was at that point I realised that the lovely bath had no plug! My friend misplaced her handbag while tending to my friend who had hit her head when she had tripped on the concrete steps outside the front door, nobody offered any assistance, to either of them, even when made aware of the situation.

The room was beautiful. I was in “Tokyo”. It was quite luxurious. The bathroom had a big rainfall shower and a bath set into the floor with a tv in the wall at the end of it. The bed was very comfortable and the pillows were soft and thick/full. There were two lovely big thick bathrobes to use.

Cleaning service was poor, used cups and glasses were not removed from the room and bathroom floor not very clean.

The room (Dublin) was lovely but the bathroom door was a glass sliding door with gaps - it needs a proper door. And there were no hooks on the back of doors to hang coats which is annoying when they are wet!

There is a hotel bar open until the small hours of the morning on Friday and Saturday which is incredibly loud. The music thumps all the way up the to rooms and the noise doesn't end when the bar closes - if you're not planning to join the party / are not a night owl, this might not be a good hotel for you.

The location is fantastic, the decor is beautiful and the rooms are large. The city theme is lovely.

The hotel is over a nightclub so if you're young enough to go to these, good for you, but if you're past them then beware light sleepers....but only a minor complaint and would not turn me off going there again

Location was perfect, short walk to most places plenty of restaurants nearby also Staff helpful and friendly.

Using this site in particular it could be a little easier to see what you're getting as the rooms are themed so you'd be booking blind. Better to see on their own site for what's on offer Booking in advance and requesting specifically, they couldn't say for certain whether that room could be given.

Good location. Lots of space with a huge bathroom. After booking and then going on to read complaints of noise I started to have concerns. However, these were either exaggerated or remedied. Managed to get the room type I'd requested. Very clean.
