Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United Kingdomno locks on bathroom door, no extra pillows or towels in room. no air con. we also found it very frustrating in the morning around 6:35am a work van was incredibly loud right outside our window (cleaning staff) so we had no choice but to get up earlier then planned. we reported an issue in regards to finding what we assumed was dog urine on the hall way floor to reception, as we return back from our room, it was still there even after we had reported it to staff. the hotel drinks at the bar were unfortunately very expensive. room window view was very disappointing considering we paid for a more expensive room on booking.
we absolutely loved the location on the hotel, very remote and private. the room was a nice size for a couple and the bed was very comfy. staff upon arrival were very friendly and welcoming.

PortugalI expected a more thorough cleaning of the bedroom. I paid 14£ for the worse breakfast experience I ever had in a hotel. Breakfast is between 7 am and 10 am so I went at 9 am and it was a queue of 15 people to get to the actual food, that never happened to me before in any hotel so we left and came back at 9.30h and there was nothing left, no eggs not even butter, us and also other people that were there had to ask for plates and cups. I paid £14 for a breakfast hotel not to eat cereal with milk, my partner had to eat sausages with plain bread. Terrible experience especially when is not even included in the price.

United KingdomThey had certain times that children could go swimming. These didn’t suit us as one of the times was just before check out and the other was during tea time. Our little girl is just under one and a morning swim (6am) would of be great for her. We were also told we had sky sports but ours was one of the only rooms without it. Finally there wasn’t a great selection at breakfast ( no porridge, only one flavoured yoghurt and only 2 selections of fruit. I asked if they could make me some scrambled egg as there wasn’t any.

United KingdomThe breakfast was a nightmare there was not enough food, hot plates and even hot water at one point when we had to wait 20 mins for sausages, bacon,eggs,beans to be brought out absolutely nightmare. We had booked Sunday Lunch for our Daughters 40th well what can l say it was booked for 12.30 we waited over hour and a half to be served the roast beef was so tough you could not cut it with your knife the veg was brought out 20mins later cold so we had to wait for the roast beef to be reheated just awful it was the same as another family celebrating they were disgusted at the food quality with the price you are paying for Sunday dinner you dont expect this.😡😡
The rooms were clean and spotless staff were good. and it a weekend with family for a Wedding an a 40th Birthday.

United Kingdomwe didn’t like the fact that shower tray was blocked. The receptionist said she would book us a taxi for 6.30 but when we arrived in reception it turns out she didn’t book it at all, so I had to drive. Also, the price of the food in the bar is extortion, how can you justify asking £18 for a chicken burger and chips.
