We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

I needed to go to Leith so this was handy as it was great to leave the car at the hotel. I believe The Leonardo is also on an Airport bus route.

A very comfortable stay in a clean and inviting room. Massive bed made for a great nights sleep. Spotless bathroom with a high pressure shower. Helpful and friendly staff. Bus stop 200m walk around the corner with frequent buses to city centre (30 minute ride) and airport (15 minute ride). Good value overall.

Clean hotel, everyone was friendly and welcoming. The bed was big and comfortable and the room was a decent size. A breakfast is available for £13 per person and it is definitely worth it to pay for it. The hotel is located outside of Edinburgh but just a few minutes walk away is a bus stop with buses running every other minute into the city centre.

United KingdomHaving to get our room keys reset every day we were there. Not sure what the problem was but it was not that they were next to phone etc. my mother doesn’t even own a phone lol . This was the key in our bag and the spare in the room so both would be wiped every day regardless of where they were kept .
Great sized bed infact massive , shower large as well. Pleasantly surprised by the size of the pool on site and the 3 vouchers for a free drink was a lovely little touch . Breakfast relaxed and plentiful and staff were mostly brilliant .

United KingdomI was disappointed with the leisure facilities (pool). I was travelling with my 8 year old son who has additional support needs. He need support with changing. I was told he wasn’t allowed to go in to the female changing rooms and we were told we can use the disabled toilet in the reception lobby. This toilet did not lead directly on to the pool and we had to walk through the reception area past the entrance to get to the pool. I felt it wasn’t very accommodating to people and families with additional support needs.
