Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

United KingdomOnly one bath towel and one hand towel for two people. We managed but had to share towels. Also breakfast- items came out very slowly and one item at a time. We gave up and just had toast and a croissant.

United KingdomThe lighting in the room was poor. only wall lamps and no actual ceiling lights. Telephones in the room need to be updated. Does not affect the functionality just needs to be modernised.
The guy the checked us in was really nice. Very welcoming and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. decent size. On check in they have a spinning wheel where you can get an additional bonus/gift... Very nice touch.

United KingdomBreakfast was fine but staff were not quick to replenish so we options were poor. Staff were quick to check us in but didn’t take any time to explain the hotel. We all ended up on separate floors.
It was close to where we were visiting. Good value for Money - we had 3 rooms Rooms were clean and beds comfortable. There was a decent bar which served food before we went out.

United KingdomNavigating going from the car park to the hotel is a bit odd (unless we just didn’t see the proper exit!) and the elevator on the ground floor wasn’t working so was a bit inconvenient.
Lovely staff! Jasmine at the front desk was especially great. The breakfast in the morning was great and the treats left in our room were a lovely touch, thank you. Room was clean and good for a short stay. Car park facilities.

United KingdomThat you have to pay adult prices for 12 years old. Absolutely ridiculous. At premier inn kids eat breakfast for free. At Leonardo breakfast for 2 adults and 2 kids was £64. It would have been £24 at premier inn. The hotel needs sprucing up a bit, carpet was coming away by the lifts.
