We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

I loved how they maintained the outside with flowers, etc. Loved the pool (nice temperature) and the restrooms by pool. Pretty views and good location. Cute surf shop right across street and delicious Royal Farms chicken, which we"d eat on the beach.

United StatesI wish there was an elevator. Was told it was not allowed due to the towns rules. I am over 65 and had a room on the second floor. Not bad climbing the steps but it was a heat wave so it was challenging.
The location was great. Walking distance to restaurants. Across the street for a block to the beach. My room was in the back so I had a view of the bay. I liked sittng on the balcony.

United StatesYour laptop might reject the motel's unsecured WiFi and the local hotspot signal is weak and unreliable. A strong storm came through, resulting in leakage and puddles inside the balcony window and door.
Clean and well-equipped room. Pleasant and helpful staff. Quiet location only a 5-minute walk from a beautiful, clean beach. Free parking for registered guests. Walking distance to great restaurants. Very affordable.

United StatesMy only con was the bathrooms. I could deal with an outdated bathroom, but it was very dirty. I cant do a dirty bathroom. Visible mold everywhere in the shower, and general dirt and grime that could’ve been cleaned with a once over. It needed new toilet seats- dirty and grimey, stained, and with chips missing out of it. The walls in the bathroom along the counter had dirt and hair stuck to it. If they redid and updated the bathrooms this place absolutely be a better place to stay.
The overall cleanliness was very nice. The room itself was clean- the beds were clean, no visible dirt or dust, and the building had general updates done to it. You could tell they were updating the building. There was nice fresh paint on the walls, the pool area was very clean and updated, and the check in area was also inviting.

United StatesWe received very heavy rain on our last night that caused a leak in the ceiling. It was controlled once the rain stopped but caused a moment of panic. The shower also was not in the best condition and in need of a face lift, shower did not drain very well either.
I like that the property was very close to the beach and close to the businesses/restaurants of Fenwick Island.
