The check out time could be 12 pm rather than 11am.

The room was very spacious despite having double beds, the beds were big and very comfy. The bedding and towels were very clean. The breakfast were excellent as well. The staff were really friendly and professional. Checking in and out were effortless.

Breakfast was a bit chaotic and dishes, plates etc kept running out.

Dinner was good at the Marco Pierre White restaurant and the staff were great!

Time limitations on access to pool was a bit "penal" I wanted to sit in the jacuzzi, but had no time after a later dinner which finished at 9.10pm, if people want access up to 9.30 pm - why not? if they have to leave at 10pm that is no problem. You need a cart or golf buggy for getting bags into hotel from car park and then up to rooms foyer, I have recently had tendonitis in my feel, if I had not been having treatment and feeling a bit better, I would not have made it!

Nice Chicken dinner, although the restaurant was a bit dark and I was trying to read. Good coconut ice cream. Breakfast was busy, good food but I found sausages and bacon not overly tasty, fresh fruit good. Variety of bread was a bit disappointing. Free coffee voucher was a nice touch.

Room wasn’t to cleaning standards- blue disinfectant all over the toilet and lots of old mould on shower and bath. Hairdryer didn’t work. The waiting time queue at the bar was a joke! Never known anything like it- really unorganised restaurant and the bar manager was quite rude to customers (not us but we did witness) Not sure if you need to re assess this system as it seemed to be the norm for the staff but really out of order for the paying customers. In the morning the coffee bar- had no milk so was unable to serve a coffee?? I’m really glad I didn’t pay for breakfast TBH!

Leonardo Hotel captivates you on entry with its signature scent as you enter the building. The leisure facilities, the room, the outdoor spaces, and the restaurant were clean, fresh and relaxing. Staff are friendly, accommodating and helpful.

For a conference hotel it has very limited bar and restaurant space, which can be challenging. Similarly, there were often not many bar staff on hand,

The swimming pool had too much chlorine in it and made my eyes sting so much. Only downside really.

The pillow was too thick for me and there wasn’t a smaller alternative so struggled to sleep. Could have done with two medium ones. Shame we could only use the spa for an hour at time - understandable but that could perhaps be on the website so we knew before booking because we are local and only really booked the stay to use the spa

The spa was lovely and so was the food in the triumph. Rooms were clean and spacey. Beds were super comfy.

I’d like to see more vegan/plant based options at breakfast and in the rooms. The room service menu prices are quite high for what you receive. Finally, we’d love to see the option of booking longer use of the leisure centre in quieter times.

The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. Perfect size for a family of 4. Great having a bath & shower. The swimming pool is a great size and we always book to use the facilities. All staff we encountered were friendly and helpful

Breakfast was good although pastries were a little dry and no hash browns but other than that an excellent choice of food. Reception toiletries rather over priced. Marco Pierre Restaurant supervisor didn’t really know the menu.

Great location, lovely hotel! The Triumph Bar was a surprise! The facilities were great. Staff were super friendly on reception and at the bar. Marco Pierre restaurant food was first class.
