I stay here a few times a year while working nearby. Staff always friendly and helpful. Small gym and pool is nice, sauna and steam room & jacuzzi all nice and clean. Food and drinks always good, breakfast is ample and always fresh. Rooms are nice maybe a little on the small side but still great value for money.

Mucky stain on the top of sofa. Rusty holders in Bathroom which stained my face cloth. No breakfast room service. Had to pay to park in the hotel car park!

Room was very warm even with the radiator turned off, there wasn't any air con/blower, and it was far too noisy to have the window open overnight.

Great to have use of the pool/spa facilities. Breakfast was really good. Greeted on arrival with a glass of fizz. Nice, clean room.

Parking spaces could be a little bit wider especially with the width of the cars today but I understand you are trying to squeeze as many spaces as you can out of your area.

The bed was too soft, because of my bad back, also I didn't find a plug to charge my phone. I'm a vegetarian and at breakfast I saw people using the same utensils for meat and vegetables, it's not the hotels fault but it might help if they put the veg and meat separate.

We had dinner on our first night, it was really nice, the staff were really friendly & helpful with my granddaughter's nut allergy, they also made some good cocktails for the adults. The staff in the morning at breakfast were really friendly too, there was a good choice of food too. The location is perfect for the town center.

When were you arrived the room we got was a bit too warm, but we were hoping to change room so I have no complaints

The property was very clean, and when we it was found at the room was a bit too warm we would have to change room. The room service staff are very good and helpful. The restaurant was very good and so was the breakfast.

3 out of 4 toilet paper rolls were already used. I wanted new toilet paper after all. no toilet brush. dated furniture, and there is mould on some walls and ceilings. no air conditioning inside.

Breakfast was great! There was even a kiwi smoothie once that we liked! Staff were very welcoming! Comfy beds and pillows. Warm inside. Swimming pool was warm and jacuzzi was good.

The bed and pillows were a little hard for me, so didn't sleep well. A choice of softer or a harder pillow would have helped. ( I had a double bed and all four pillows were the same - so couldn't swap-out for a better choice.)

I had an evening meal and then breakfast - both were excellent. :) the food especially at breakfast was first class as was of good quality, cooked and presented well + lots of choice. The staff were friendly and helpful to add to the experience. The room was clean and contained all that was needed.

Just one note was that many of the doors on my corridor were very squeaky, even my own. Other than that slight feedback, it was a great stay

There was no hairdryers in the bedrooms only 2 in changing rooms for the pool

I felt the hotel was a bit overpriced for what it was. I stayed here when it was Jury's Inn and I down see any improvement under the Leonardo "upgrade".

The hotel was well located for access to the town centre restaurants and bars as well as being convenient for business.

windows dont shut out street noise, despite being closed. Room freezing until heating kicks in and then boiling around 2-3 am as Hotel run off as a whole.

Staff friendly - pool clean and not overcrowded. Good location.

Other rooms had biscuits and drinks as welcome gift, not mine though 🤫 Not enough light for working on the computer, no ceiling lighting, only sconces and chandelier next to the couch, but overall smooth environment.

Extra comfy bed, plenty of cushions, super large closet and tidy room. Iron and ironing plank, lots of hangers, hair drier. Coffee station with lots of amenities! Super well equiped gym, breakfast had variety and plenty of fresh and home-made food. Pleasant staff and overall really nice experience.
