Air conditioner/heating wasn't working properly even though it had easy instructions to follow. And it was quite noisy from other guests plus a taxi beeping outside early in the morning but there's not much you can do about that.

Clean and basic. Location just over the tyne in gateshead, so perfect for visiting newcastle. Bar/resturant area. And staff were very helpful anf friendly.

Most staff were fabulous, however one member of security team was disconcerting and made some odd comments.

Check in and out processes were fast and efficient, the room was spotless and the view stunning.

Very loud, next door were slamming their doors until 2am both nights. Doors were heavy. Wasn’t notified about 8am Monday Morning fire alarm. Parking was expensive £8.50 per night. £15 for breakfast, unsure of plant based options so didn’t have breakfast.

Location very good, room had everything we needed. Lovely smell upon arrival. Spacious room. Hair dryer in the room.

Bit expensive restaurant and food not necessary good. Breakfast too expensive

Location on the hotel is great. Just on the Quayside and most attractions were near the hotel. Famous Millennium bridge was visible from hotel and my room. Walking distance to town centre. nice view of River side.

Bathroom could have done with a revamp and clearer parking would have been useful as didn’t realise I hadn’t parked in hotels car park, but the car park next door.

Had everything you needed, great location and friendly staff.

Cost us £20 in taxi fares as we thought we'd booked the hotel near the arena. Turned out that this happens to many guests of this hotel and its a good half hour walk which we found OK to and from the arena but still taxied with our luggage to and from the station.

Loved the location but we had thought we had booked for the Leonardo hotel nearer the arena. We were told on arrival that this happens all the time... not very good really. Great location for Quayside but half hour walk to Arena. Great weather for a walk but would have been awful in the rain. Loved out stay and will definitely be back for a night out on the Toon!!

There was no plug sockets near the bed which was kinda annoying & our air con didn’t properly work but other than that it was great.

It was clean and comfortable and not far from the places we wanted to visit.
