The staff were super friendly and helpful. Sue was there when we arrived and helped us up to out room as well. I have food allergies and the breakfast staff were brilliant making sure I had what I was able to.

Disappointed that there was no real coffee as machine had broken. No fruit or yogurt or granola on the buffet. Only two choices of jam and bog standard sliced bread.

We can't rate our experience highly enough. The service & attention to detail was exceptional, even being taken to our rooms. All the staff were so friendly. The gentleman who checked us in was very friendly & even gave us a different room to make things easier for our needs. The lady was so helpful and went approve & behind to ensure my daughter's dietary requirements were met & was absolutely lovely! The whole hotel was immaculate & looked fresh. Both rooms we stayed in, 24 and 11 were lovely. The beds were comfortable & the pillows lovely & plump.Breakfast was delicious & freshly made. There was also adequate free parking just outside the hotel. We couldn't have asked for better & highly recommend Level Inn.

Decor had a slap dash finish, room was smallish in size, no air-con, slept with window open., then you had screeching motorbike and traffic,bathroom was small, sink looked half finished with hole to put another tap in? Finish was poor no shelving for toiletries(wasn't much room to be honest) ended up balancing products on the toilet not great! Breakfast well we arrived at 7.30 as wanted to grab early breakfast then hit the road home 35 mib wait it arrived sausage was poor quality which my brother ate black pudding under cooked beans they weren't even heated up very poor!

It was closer to the town then where I normally stay.

The staff at this hotel are really lovely especially the lady at reception who goes above and beyond in her job which made for a great stay. I would highly recommend this hotel as its a good price the breakfast was great and staff brilliant, what more could you want.

Close to town and staff that’s it I’m afraid.

The bed was a single and I’m only 5 foot 7 and my feet was hanging off the edge. The washroom was an absolute disaster the toilet was so close to the shower screen you couldn’t sit down and the sink was useless. The Tv had three changes. Will never book a room here again.

After a hetic great weekend at the local Steelhouse Festival we needed a rest before our long journey home, luckily we found that this place had a welcoming room with a bath, very comfortable bed, clean, great staff & breakfast.
