Great location, in a very quiet area but also close to Luleworth Cove and the village, while being accessible by train /bus.

Overall hotel and staff are great only thing is maybe some people might find the carpark a little narrow and quite a few steps up to hotel itself although there is a sloping pathway to make access easier for those that can't manage steps.

The hotel was very well presented first impressions were lovely very well maintained garden lots of seating to sit outside and enjoy the views, we stayed in the boathouse room plenty of space great shower and facilities overlooking the garden which was lovely, the staff are amazing so friendly and welcoming nothing is to much trouble, a good selection at breakfast all freshly cooked to order.

The room needed a little more attention to detail. Loose door handle on bathroom door. Floor plate between the bedroom and bathroom was loose. Paint on the floor . Broken door hook in Bathroom. Just some little things that can be easily amended apart from that a lovely stay.

We stayed in the hideaway, it was definitely a hidden within the beautiful treetops, with nobody overlooking. It was beautifully clean and well equipped. The staff were friendly and welcoming as well as knowledgeable about the area. Definitely recommend!

The temperature and water pressure in our shower was a bit temperamental, but we managed.

Smart hotel with a very friendly welcome. Good location in the quiet, lovely village of West Lulworth. Although it may look as if it's a bit of a climb from Lulworth Cove, it isn't really and there are pavement/footpaths all the way. It's perfectly placed for walkers of the inland route to Kimmeridge Bay. Our room was small but clean and modern, with a decent sized shower. Breakfast was excellent, with fresh smoothies and interesting cooked options (we had bubble & squeak with bacon).

Perhaps we understand they will be returning to provide evening meals. If their sister hotel is anything to go by there will be a really good place to eat.

The hotel although situated on a hill with a climb up is in a stunning location overlooking the distant hills and part of the quaint village. The room and bed were comfortable. The staff friendly, welcoming and very helpful. The breakfasts wonderful in the range of choice. Lovely place.

The breakfast was lovely and because we stayed in the hideaway we had it served to our room in the tree tops. My husband particularly liked the smoothies. The room was stylish and comfortable. The location is just a short walk to Lulworth cove which suited us perfectly. The garden was very well cared for and we enjoyed taking it in.

The greeting, the room, the breakfast and the location were perfect for what we required for our short stay in Lulworth, only the weather was a little disappointing, but that was out of everybody's control, and probably not too bad for the month.

I suppose I could say no evening meal available but there was a lovely pub nearby with good food that we could easily walk to.

In walking distance from the beach, a good size for us not an impersonal large hotel. Staff were lovely and so helpful. Excellent accommodation, a cosy comfortable hotel.

Everything was absolutely fine - perhaps a slightly earlier breakfast would have been good but it wasn't a problem.
