Apparently a new club opened in the back lot behind the apartment complex. They were a bit loud, and on several occasions, they had burn-out sessions after midnight. They were run off pretty quickly, and it is not the fault of the apartments, but it was very annoying.

This is our second time staying at Lodge Apartments during our trips from the States. We really like the location. It is easy access to buses, trains, food and grocery stores. The apartment is exactly what we need for a small family and the service is fantastic. We had issues with our luggage from the airlines and the manager was wonderful and accommodating (especially when the delivery times were ridiculously late).

The blinds were broken in the living room as was the sofa bed. Wasn't a problem for me as only 1 person sleeping on the sofa bed but if it was a couple then it would be. The blinds would need replacing as light sleepers may be bothered by not being able to block out the light

Good location near Palmers green station and the shops. Easy check in and check out had everything we needed as a base to visit family. Very clean. Good bathroom and kitchen for family

The apartment did not have cleaning supplies. From 20-27 the washroom was cleaned 1 time only when we asked. I think the apartment needs to be cleaned daily as there is no cleaning products.

There was no breakfast, the location was not bad. Lawrence was available when needed.

Ideal location for a family trip to North London. Supermarket, shops and eateries all within a few minutes walk. Good bus links to the extensive public transport network made excursions easy. In addition, the staff were really friendly an helpful.

It could use some decoration. It's just... boring, bland. Extra pillows or better ones. They were super thin.

Convenient location. Decent price and facilities. Check in/out was easy. Close to grocery and a few restaurants. There are fans in the rooms, and hair dryers. The kitchen has a corkscrew.

It was convenient to buses and easy access to cabs and Ubers. Plenty of room with a full kitchen and living room combined. Also having a McDonald’s across the road was great for a quick breakfast before heading out!

Some of the power outlets didn't work. One of the curtains had no pulley and had to open and closed by hand. The local kids used the public car park behind the building to rev and show off their cars nightly. Was very loud and intrusive.

Dirty oven and the oven light doesn't work. Broken bath tub handle (dangerous when giving my 2 year old a bath), bath tub plug is broken. Bathroom sink missing a plug. Furniture in the lounge is looking quite old and tired. Dining table was sticky to touch. Flat sheet for sofa bed felt rough and as if it came from a hospital bed. Each room is in need of a lamp - bedside lamp for the bedroom and a floor lamp for the lounge. Range hood light not working. Some of the blinds are not working or are missing/broken.

Easy check in process. Spacious, clean (but don't look under the furniture or in the oven, which were dirty). The fridge/freezer was clean. Nice big windows, Located in the heart of Palmers Green. Dishwasher tablets provided. Having access to the washer/dryer machine. Electric fan provided as it was hot during our stay. Car parking provided.

The beds were old and bad and could have been replaced. While the floor, kitchen etc. was really clean, we found a razor in the cupboard under the sink (probably just over-looked). The check-in conditions weren't according to the description of this accommodation. It was much more easier to check-in (which I appreciate) but it could have been described already in the description. I received the instructions for check-in just a few hours before my arrival (when taking off). It could have been communicated earlier.

The apartment was well located (close to a supermarket, train station: ~30 min to city center). Kitchen was well equipped. It was possible to check-in after 8 pm without meeting in person (keys were stored in a box for which I received a code via WhatsApp. At check-out, we returned the keys to a dedicated post box. Very easy...

The Light bulb in the Master bedroom was faulty and this wasn't fixed until we left.

The Location of Lodge-Drive Serviced Apartments is the major selling point, with adequate parking for visitors who came to see us. There were lots of shops around making it easy to get items that we needed - Morrisons, Sainsbury and a number of local stores helped meet our needs, and the McDonalds was just across the street from the Apartment.
