Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Good location , just 5 minutes walk from the metro station. Lots of grocery shops and some nice pubs nearby. The breakfast offer is very good, with fresh vegetables, hot dishes prepared on request, buffet of cold meats and cheeses. Large tidy rooms suitable for a family even for a few days stay.

All the staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was perfectly clean and very comfortable. It was also very spacious and well-maintained. Carluccio, the Italian restaurant of the hotel, was also great!

United KingdomIn order to pre book car parking, customers need to download the JustPark App and book through this. This is cheaper and allows pre booking. It is possible to arrive at the hotel and request parking but this risks non availability of spaces in is more expensive. We had to move spaces after arrival as the reception had initially guided us to a “ hotel” space as opposed to a “just park” space.
The property is well located, has parking beneath the hotel and offers comfortable well appointed rooms

IrelandI was disappointed that there was no windows that could be opened in the morning to allow fresh air in. I was also disappointed that you had to leave the hotel to go to the swimming pool as the hotel states the swimming pool is in the hotel. When we did go swimming there was a class on and we were not made aware of by the hotel so we couldn't take the swim with my family. We also could not get a drink in the bar or in reception once the bar closed and we were being charged for room service as residence. I think you could allow those staying in the hotel to have an hours grace to stay in the bar for one or two drinks especially when you return from a show in the west end and then you couldn't get a drink in the bar! Some finger food could also be made available1

Lebanonour room was a connected room, which provided zero privacy as we could hear the residents of the adjacent room even when they were whispering. if you want to book a room, make sure that it is not connected. we asked to change the room but it took two days to change it as there weren't any availability.
