They were great overall but can be a bit generous with the rationing of tea / coffee / biscuits that are complementary with the room.

I stayed in this hotel for 7 nights so I was hoping that the stay should be comfortable and I was not disappointed. Not only is it centrally located with two major underground stations nearby , but it’s also a very comfortable stay overall at a good price. The rooms though small are very well designed and every detail is well thought of. The receptionists were helpful and friendly too.

The bed was not comfortable at all. Sadly only two tea bags in the room - we usually take our own to hotels but forgot this time, which was very unfortunate.

The location was great and the staff were very friendly ad helpful (when we first entered the room we could not lock it - soon sorted) It was good see plenty of bath sheets. Even though our room was opposite the lift it was very quiet.

The windows were not closing properly, so there was a cold draft from the windows. It seemed a poor waste to turn the radiator on all though it works all right, but thinking about the climate it gave you a bad taste.

The location is everything for this hotel: close to Notting Hill, close to Hyde Park, a quit area of the city. The room is small, but it works, same about the bathroom. The view to the garden is however very nice. Breakfast is okay, but there's so many cosy places for breakfast and brunch in the nearby area.

The location is perfect…very easy walk to tube station and restaurants and grocery stores. The facility and room were very clean

Booked room too small. Changed for £40. Both at rear facing extensive conversion of old department store to flats. Lots of scaffolding and workmen from 07.00.

Location excellent for Knightsbridge and West London sites. Excellent transport links to West End.Staff excellent. Plenty of eataries 50yards away.

Spacious rooms, lovely duvet and pillows, the tea (PG Tips is always a win!) centrally located, easy to get to and from many stations, (bus) stops and very walkable area where you will get to see a lot.

London prices vs. Size of room, but that's just the central London cost, it seems. Can't quite see why, though a single room couldn't be cheaper. Are the costs really any different from any other hotel? The hotel itself was good.

We asked for a double bed but got 2 twins. The room was small & the 2 beds made it crowded. It was clean, though.

Though the room was nice and clean, it was rather small.

The team was very nice, and eager to help and answer any questions. Overall premises were comfortable. Location was great, walking distance from two subway stations and with various restaurants around.
