The check-in time was given to us as 16:00 and this forced us.The bed in the bedroom is a little small for 2 people. It actually has quite a lot of space so you can replace it with a larger bed. There was no cleaning during our 6 night stay. Maybe we would be more comfortable if cleaning was done from time to time. There is a lack of equipment in the kitchen. specifically there was only 1 glass. We did not use it, but it may be a problem for those who want to use it.

The location of the facility was quite good.10 minutes walking distance to the underground, 3 minutes to the overground.The inside of the house was very clean.All equipment was new. the house is quite large. It's true that there is a drug smell in the neighborhood.But this is London, there is this smell everywhere anyway

Even if the apartment was modern, the maintenance needs improvement. Bath room fittings were faulty, toilet seat cracked, the drain was blocked. Lift not working... very unusual that it all happened at the same time.

The lift wasn't working for the duration of our stay, we were on the 4th floor! Luckily we don't have mobility issues. The double bed is small, plenty of space in the room for a bigger one. A full length mirror needed.

Very clean, modern apartment in a great location. Check-in was easy and contact with the host was very good. Stayed for three nights and it was very comfortable. Would stay again and recommend the accommodation.

We didn't get the check-in details at 3PM as promised and had to call the office for that. But it was still in time for our arrival, so not a big problem. The apartment could have had more hooks to hang stuff and a big mirror, but otherwise, it was perfect for a short stay!

The place was perfect for us. We were with 2 couples. The bedrooms and beds were comfortable, the bathroom was big and the kitchen had enough supplies (although we didn't cook). The location is in a hip neighborhood and a 10-minute walk from the underground (I think buses arrive just around the corner as well, so good connection to the rest of the city). Would definitely book again!

I needed to call SOJO on arrival to gain access codes for the gate and front doors; good thing I had my phone working for UK before my arrival. The key to enter the door to the apartment was a pain. It took 6 to 12 attempts to get the key to open the door. The video showing how to use the key was good but we still had problems. So did the group using unit 10.

Nice Kitchen and living room area. It was great to have two full bathrooms. The beds were comfortable.

Check in process is automated via a call centre and follows a protocol once payment of deposit is made. It works really well but is a bit impersonal. Not too much to dislike.

Nothing I can think of for now...a bit pricey may be but I suppose it is London!

Very spacious appartment, it was nice to have a proper living room and kitchen to hang out. The place was immaculate and in a quiet area, which was important as there were kids staying with us. We did not meet the host as we need to enter codes to get the keys, it worked fine (even though I am sometimes weary about this if this does not work). However, the hosts were very attentive and called me twice before arriving to make sure that everything was okay, which was great customer service. Would highly recommend for a long weekend get-away in London :-)

compare to other places I stayed during Europe trip, this apartment is a bit more spacious, and has more utensils. The self hygiene supply is not enough though, you'd better bring your own if you stay more than 2 days.

A slight lack of toiletries. The staff failed to answer my questions via the chat on Booking.com. Beds are on the smaller side (not comfortable for bigger people)

A clean, spacious apartment. Easy self check-in/out. New furniture. A bathroom for each bedroom. Nice equipped kitchen. OK location (3 minutes for the bus station/12 minutes underground) and also close to Liverpool St. Station od Stratford Station.

Would have been nice to be able to utilise the balcony but there were no seats or table. The window of the bedroom only slightly opens which was not ideal as it was a very warm day. Arranging a late check out was a bit difficult and required a little back and forth that was not ideal but was sorted in the end. Additionally would be nice to have mirrors especially a full length one instead of just the bathroom one.

A two bedroom apartment which was very nice and clean. The bedrooms were fairly spacious, one being bigger than the other but were both comfortable. Kitchen /living were also very lovely and with a balcony. Staff were incredibly friendly and always available to help.

The apartment had 3 queen beds. it would have been convenient if one of the beds was replaced by two singles. Shades need adjusting to provide more privacy.

Close to overground station. Major kitchen appliances available (fridge, toaster, water heater, washer, dryer, dishwasher, microwave) and the apartment was clean. Plenty of towels, sheets, and pillows.
