Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

SwitzerlandIn Scotland we have stayed in several places. We originally booked at another hotel, but left after 10 minutes. The Maldron is by far the best hotel in the area. It is clean, elegant and well located. A good choice for normal people.

The friendly warm atmosphere the minute you walk through the doors. Staff were ALWAYS smiling and friendly and nothing was a bother for them. They even swapped our room to a bigger room and let us check in at 10 that morning because it was a cold day outside. I’ve never stayed at a hotel where they let us check in 5 hours beforehand. Food was outstanding at the hotel too and very reasonably priced. I would highly recommend this hotel in Glasgow and I wouldn’t book anywhere else now when I go to Glasgow. 10/10

United Kingdom. Bar staff need to stop chucking the empties with such noise and shattering which is unprofessional and alarming. This bar is NOT a pub. It’s an upmarket lounge. Treat it as such!

United KingdomAn absolutely ideal location if you're visiting Glasgow. We were there to see a show at the Pavilion Theatre, which is right on the doorstep, so it was ideal for us, but this hotel is also very close to the main shopping area and the train station. The room was clean, the common areas were tidy, we had no issues checking in or checking out and the bathroom was spacious - we were overall very impressed.

It was my first time in Glasgow, I took my two kids for sight seeing in Glasgow, booked an hotel before the trip. after our day trip , we travelled several miles to get to our hotel, on getting there we were told we made the wrong booking and was advised to leave immediately. This was almost midnight. Where do i turn to with 2 kids. I picked my phone searched for an hotel close to the city centre, Maldron hotel popped up. I had to quickly get a taxi. On getting to the hotel, I was welcomed with a smile and beautiful ambience. The staff made my booking seamless, no stress at all. My kids were so happy to relax their legs after a long day. The room was conducive and neat. I will like to visit the hotel again and again.

United StatesBathroom could have used a vent. Water ran down the walls from the steam in the shower And all surfaces in the bathroom were wet. So , you couldn’t set any of your things on the shelves.
