The hotel itself was quite warm as were the rooms. A few touches like spoons missing from tea/coffee tray, only two plug sockets in a huge room was a bit of an issue.

Clean hotel with a good breakfast and lots of choice. Staff friendly and helpful. Good quality complimentary toiletries. Water in room. Hop on bus stops right outside. Quieter area of Belfast.

The breakfast service was very slow. The waiting staff were extremely sorry, and couldn’t have done enough. The kitchen seemed to be the problem. We waited over 30 minutes for our food and the wrong order was brought. The girls apologised. Asked the kitchen for our correct order, but unfortunately it never came.

Attitude of receptionist when I rang down to order food in the evening, asked could she remind me of lobby menu, she said she didn't have one. I said what sure it's on the reception desk, we read it earlier. she snapped I'm the only one on reception and I don't have time to look, and hung up.. When I went down and asked a barman for the lobby menu he said oh that menu doesn't exist anymore...we had viewed it at reception whilst waiting on check in. I'm 32+ weeks pregnant and had to carry the heavy tray of bar food to the lift and to my room, 3 members of staff walked past me and no one offered to take it for me.

Requested quiet room, it was quiet, clean and comfortable. We arrived early and the receptionist done his best and got us checked in earlier, didn't catch his name. Breakfast chef was very pleasant and friendly, freshly made pancake was delicious

The breakfast staff was a bit overloaded. The room 320 was clean, but very hot inside during cold spring time, eventhough radiators were turned off and window open for hours during the day and the complete night

Had paid for breakfast before arriving. Next morning went for breakfast waited 45mins after ordering still no food even after saying to waitress. Had to leave due to time.

The customer facing staff - mostly young students it seemed - were very nice but are in dire need of training. There was also a lack of senior supervision. The breakfast room staff was struggling to keep their ducks in order. Even the kitchen seemed a bit frustrated with them. The front desk would also benefit from some training and more professionalism.

The hotel was clean, the rooms with all the amenities needed, and large enough. Beds we comfy. It's not exactly a boutique hotel, more of a mid-size hotel. Not super modern but all the amenities were new and well maintained. It has a very convenient parking lot. The breakfast was very useful to have.

When I arrived and was told we were getting an apartment, I was slightly confused and the lady at the desk was very cutting told me that's what I booked when I didn't but I just let it go, the rest of the staff were lovely thou.

Got an apartment across the Rd from the hotel, didn't book the apartment but it was lovely, would of liked to be in the hotel itself rather then having to leave and walk across the road, apartment was lovely thou and spotless, couldn't fault it.

Leaking shower screen and broken soap holder

Surprising lack facilities for lunch/food during the day, food was only available in the bar but the atmosphere was not family-friendly and service for this aspect of our stay was very poor.

Fantastic size and layout of room for the apartment we stayed in. The reception staff were very welcoming on arrival and breakfast was good.
