Chaotic breakfast service the worst I’ve ever witnessed in a decent standard hotel.

Rooms too hot. Reception area unbearably warm. Breakfast service grossly understaffed. Different issues on both mornings. Food was excellent just shame everyone annoyed with slow being seated, food delivered etc

Location & bar/pub attached. Well appointed rooms - top bathroom, particularly lights & fill bathtub.

Breakfast was a little slow then day we were there but they had some staff off ill so it was an isolated issue.

The hotel was clean and comfortable. Our double room was spacious and the bed comfortable. The hotel is on the route for the bus tourist tour so was an excellent location.

The room we stayed in 225 was above the kitchen so it was noisy because of the fans, could also smell the kitchen which made us feel a bit sick, so couldn’t open the windows for fresh air.

The room was a great size for myself and daughter very comfortable and clean. The bath & shower were very big. Breakfast was delicious. Good location nice quiet street. Staff were friendly and helpful.

The room was very warm, we had to request a fan, also very noisy. The DJ set at the wedding function wasn't up to standard and came across quite rude

Staff were a little abrupt at reception. It was not unprofessional and they were lovely but the attitude felt more like I was at a supermarket than at a nice hotel.

Friendly down to earth staff and very reasonable prices for drinks. Good breakfast.

The place is a wonderful hotel and the bedrooms are excellent with their super king size beds but we felt a little disappointed with the breakfast.

The room was very spacious and had a huge bed which we enjoyed and it was very comfortable. The location was very good too and we walked to our destination which was the Private hospital. We were just a little disappointed with the breakfast which had one sausage, one rasher, one egg, one mushroom and one portion of black pudding as well as half a medium sized tomato and hash browns. It certainly was not the full English and not the full Irish and they named it the Ulster breakfast. Come on guys at the Malone Lodge please be a little more generous with the breakfast.

My husband is 6”2 and he didn’t love the slant over the toilets.. hit his head a few times.. my one complaint about taking a bath was there was no dim light in the bathroom.. either total brightness or darkness..

I booked with my genius discount and I was blown away with what we paid vs what we got! I think we had a family suite due to my free room upgrade! Bathroom was amazing!! We traveled that day and saw some sites and when I saw a soaking tub I knew exactly what I’d be doing before bed! Provided bath products and towels were great! Bed was amazingly comfortable! Tea, coffee and water in room! I’m not a tea lover but the Berry tea was Devine! Included breakfast was delicious!

Bar area very cold when we went in for a few drinks and something to eat Also good walk to city centre but that’s no the hotel’s fault. It’s a nice walk but if it’s raining could be an issue.

Beautifully decorated throughput the hotel, rooms very spacious and clean. On-site car park really useful. Staff were welcoming and friendly.
