No breakfast at Malvern House. There is a Greggs nearby. Window of room 3 look out onto the garden, so curtains remained closed

The room was adapted for a person with mobility problems - grab rails and wet room. Owner very friendly and helpful.

I had a lovely stay at Malvern House last month. My room was very spacious and quiet. There was a desk which was great to use as I was travelling for work. The bed was comfortable and the room was very cosy. The decor of the house is quite basic, but this is all I needed. The host Rachid was so friendly and accommodating, he was very kind. The property is located outside of High Wycombe, but there is a frequent bus service nearby which takes about 15 mins to go into the town. I would recommend this accommodation :)

Basic accomodation! Simple, functional and just like Ronseal... does what it says on the tin! Rachid checked my son and I into the accomodation. He was friendly, polite and provided us with the opportunity to ask questions before he left site for the evening. Place could do with a lick and some TLC but you pay for what you get and as long as you are able to perspective take, then this place is a great and affordable alternative to staying in central London. Great for theatre patrons and Wembley concert attendees.

WiFi was awful and when I went down for 'breakfast" the room was empty with nothing to eat or drink.

Host was very friendly and helpful Room was nice and comfortable. WiFi was horrible. Could not just sit and watch TV to relax.

The shower enclosure was very small, the shower doors difficult to close, and I was unable to change the temperature of the shower.

They accommodation is said to provide Breakfast that is Continent and paid for as an addition. Right now this is totally inaccurate as no Breakdast is provided, Usin Covid as the reason. This left us three and at least another booking having to find breakfast in an unfamiliar place, before an early start family event and totally ruin are arrangements. Can never understand why accommodation owners believe two guests can make do with one chair in a room. Bathroom wasa shower so no problem but water was difficult to control and dangerously hot, where as the sink water for a shave was not hot enough. Had to keep curtains drawn because large glazed area show out onto near residential dwellings.

There wasn't the option for breakfast or even facilities like plates, utensils and a washing up area. We had to bring stuff with us. There were still crumbs from where we sat down for breakfast from the previous day. Covid is still used as the excuse not to have these facilities. There was no option to control the heating in the room so we had to open the windows.

The room and beds were very pleasant and comfortable with plenty space in the wet room. Everything was relatively modern and clean. There was off street parking but was a little tight with everyone in for the evening. The area was relatively quiet. Check-in was very simple and straightforward, as was checkout.

Having the breakfast back would be good. It may have stopped due to covid…but covid’s over now!

It was easy/no fuss, quick check in, the room was clean with a good clean bathroom & Wi-Fi worked. it’s cheap and no frills which is just what I wanted.

Mattress needs changing, or at very least a good mattress "topper" used. Same as for our stay in a different room anout 3 - 4 weeks ago.

Rooms need updating, and to improve hotel facilities in general. Didn't like the door being locked late night, had to stay with a friend, as a adult you should be come and go as you like, like most mainstream hotels.
