The corridors to find the flat are a bit confusing the first time, but it then becomes a challenge to find new ways out 😄. But it's really not an issue. Maybe some harder pillows to choose from to be really fussy.

The apartment is very well organized, with everything you could possibly need in the kitchen, plus top class appliances. It was spotlessly clean throughout. There were some really appreciated extra touches, such as a Christmas tree, chocolates, and mulled wine. The position is excellent for the shops, pubs, restaurants etc. Very comfortable beds.

Only thing we would say is that it is a very large complex & at times, was difficult to negotiate your way round the many corridors/lifts.. Several other guests said they found the same.

Excellent location on Quay. Staff when checking in arranged for second parking space which was required. Spacious clean apartment, with particularly lovely gesture of a welcome bottle of wine & snacks. Would definately choose to stay here again.

The flat has 2 bedrooms but the living area is very small and would be cosy for 4 people. You get bombarded with unwanted emails via booking.com from the letting company before and after your visit trying to sell you other holidays.

The location is excellent, right on the quayside in the heart of the action and with secure car parking. The location could not be improved. The flat is on the pricy side, but you are paying for the location.

It was awkward to access from carpark.

Good location absolutely spotless clean everything you needed was there even cleaning products. Plenty of tea and coffee even a bottle of wine which was a nice touch .

Could be improved with larger bed in main bedroom. Plenty of room for a kingsize or super kingsize. Internet speed was slow which would make it difficult to work if a business traveller.

The layout of the building is confusing! A shower fitting over the bath would be a good addition.

Only one little thing, the second bathroom had a bath but no shower. After a day on the beach a showers a must for getting rid of sand and it meant the other couple had to use our en-suite which is not ideal. Definetly needs a second shower.

The apartment didn't flow very well and there was still building works going on hence quite noisy. The beds were uncomfortable for me but my husband was okay, they were quite firm and I have a neck problem and the 2 do not go together unfortunately. As with all apartments in Dolphin Quays none have a shower in the 2nd bathroom only a bath so not really up to the modern day requirements. Lifts drive you nuts as they are so slow. Building a bit of a maze and very confusion for first time visitors

Unfortunately apartment block surrounded by scaffolding due to replacement of cladding on building. Also Monday morning brought the workmen and noise. Quay Holidays kindly moved us to accommodation within in touch of The Quays.

Location for shopping, restaurants, boat trip excellent. Bit like a maze on arrival but once you got your bearings it was OK.
