Needs a good hoover and a harder mattress.

Great location, family friendly. Good sized room with TV. Great for a wee trip away.

The shower (in room 311) constantly drips, it needs fixing. I tried to have a shower but it was cold. I didn't like Buckie.

It's on the Moray Coast Trail which I was walking so finding it was easy, and so was getting away.

Room cold - radiator did not seem to work Kettle leaked & was on window ledge above electric socket - potentially dangerous Cold tap on sink leaked Toilet seat loose/broken Floorboards very squeaky between bed & bathroom Two picture hooks on wall - no pictures Frosted window pane, so no outlook One of the hinges was broken

It looks very run down from the outside. The whole place needs a makeover and looks badly maintained(The heating would work if someone would bleed the radiators).The lift is out of order. My bathroom needed a good clean and soap would be a good idea. My room had peeling wallpaper and the woodwork needed attention.The breakfast seemed expensive for a hotel of this state so I declined to buy it ( there are other options available in the town)

Room wasn't cleaned properly. Lift was not working. There was noise coming from the harbour all night, so couldn't open the windows.

Could have done with a damp proof. Bedroom window was broken. Shower too small and shower head full of scum. Toilet leaked. Fan did not work. Bathroom full of damp. Bedside lamps, no bulb on one side other side bare wires. Bed base was very old! Covered with carpet and very noisy. Other rooms may have been good but very disappointed with ours. Only staff I spoke to was the cleaner pleasant, only had 1 of everything even though a double room. Revamp please and will come back but NOT to room 2. Shame really.

When I moved the bedside lamp, lots of large "floating" dust like tumble weed rolled across tabletop. Which then led me to out of interest run my finger along top of tv etc, they were thick with dust. 3 top small windows were open, later when I tried to close them I discovered the middle one did not have a handle which had obviously broken off. If the weather had been really cold, this would be a problem. We would of liked either more coffee satchets in room, or if they would be replenished the next morning. Only 1 pkt of biscuits for a double room, usually have 2 if any are provided at all. We didnt require fresh towels the 2nd morning which was just as well. Its these little things which give an impression I think. Lift not working, not a problem for us, but could be for others, perhaps let people know at time of booking.
