Hot water in the shower took nearly 20mins to come out and when it did only warmth was there.On checking out noone was at the front desk so i could voice my concerns so will like to see improvement on that aspect

Location along the coast was great because by crossing the main road you'll be stepping onto the beach stones(not sandy unfortunately)

We got locked in our room as a spring in the lock had bust.. we rang oyo and they had repaired the door within 40 minutes. It was just bad luck I suppose. The lift is so ancient but it gives the place character. It's a old building it does need decorating in places I'm the hallways but it's still a nice stay.

The staff very helpful and location is perfect. Parking can be a pain but it's worth it. It's the cheapest hotel around. The heaters was nice and warm shower took a little to warm up. We was on the furthest away room so maybe that's why. Staff was so kind.

I had a triple room, the beds were springy and uncomfortable there was rubbish under both beds, lots of dust in places. Only advice would be to give housekeepers more training. Under furniture and high places didn’t seem to be checked regularly.

Very tired exterior & also interior- it could do with a lot of money being spent on it! But for the price it was great. Tv didn’t work.

Clean and comfortable room. Nice beds! A good selection of tea & coffee and biscuits 🍪 the staff were great. Perfect location on the seafront.

Old dilapidated hotel Small rooms No water in sink and cold water for shower

Rooms are ok but small, they have tried to keep it modern but on the cheap side there is a lot that needs touching up and the bathrooms are ancient, my sisters room the sink didn’t work, reception is one guy who is there to basically give you a key that’s it. Main halls are old and in need of a revamp. The hotel communication is the biggest issue, they don’t listen once you finally get through on the message system, good luck getting through by phone. The location is good right next to the pier, so for the money all in all not too bad.

As the bathroom has no means of shading on the windows, and is directly south-facing into the sun, the bathroom acts a bit like a greenhouse, so the entire room was even hotter than might have been, due to the weather at the time. This could be a positive in the winter, I admit...

Location is excellent, within minutes walking distance from the pier. Bed was very comfortable.

Dust on bed headboards, walls had stains, carpets are very dirty, pillow had marks. Wifi did not work.

Very close to the pier, good value for the money paid, everything works great, easy checkin and check out, friendly staff.
