Excellent location. The accommodation was extremely comfortable, with everything of a high quality. By far the best self catering accommodation that we have ever experienced and great value for the cost. The hosts were very welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. I would happily recommend to everyone and will definitely be returning for a longer stay.

Electric car charge point was 3 pin sort, so couldn’t charge my car there. Not a big deal as there were other charge point fairly nearby.

Nice space for two of us. Lovely underfloor heating kept us warm. Overall it was charming and honest. Easy to drop onto the A12 which gets you to most pms Ed you want to see.

Surrounding countryside is a bit dull - footpaths across ploughed fields and through maize crops (poor biodiversity).

Well-equipped, very clean and with a nice little garden area to eat outside in the sun with reasonable privacy. Proximity to Snape Maltings is good (need car).

The weather!

Perfect location in a beautiful, tranquil setting. Well equipped. Very comfortable - especially the kingsize bed. Private sheltered patio looking over the fields & garden was a bonus.

Can’t think of anything

The accommodation was lovely as was the whole farm. Even though there were other cottage close it was very quiet. My wife did her yoga outside and the only “disturbance” was a visit from the ducks. The property is close enough to the A12 to visit the local area easily. But far enough away to not hear anything. There are footpath that are within the grounds, so great for a short walk.

Mollet's Farm is an exceptional venue. We loved every moment of our stay in the beautiful, peaceful and well located studio apartment. It was spotlessly clean and well provided for a very comfortable stay. Sasha, the owner was friendly and professional. We will definitely be returning. (PS. We visited Sutton Hoo which is a 100% must see)

Facilities in the property were excellent. A beautiful barn conversion with modern interior. Occupants of other properties around the courtyard were friendly (many had stayed before and had high praise for accommodation, facilities, setting, welcome etc). Social distancing meant that different areas of the courtyard/garden were, helpfully, apportioned to different dwellings.

Off the A12, up a long track, 5 mins from Saxmundham: extremely convenient for Aldeburgh, Framlingham, Orford etc. Despite being just off the A12, no traffic noise & beautifully quiet & peaceful. Friendly & helpful hosts and the accommodation is very well equipped and spotlessly clean. Very comfy bed and an area to sit outside. I can’t recommend this place enough.

Woodbridge Cottage had everything we could possibly need - we didn’t want for anything. From crockery and cutlery to furnishings, TVs and DVDs, everything was thought of. It was perfect size for the four of us & our dog, with a lovely outside area to relax in. It was close to lots of country pubs and seaside villages, where there is lots to do for all of the family. Sasha and Richard were great hosts and extremely helpful. We had a very enjoyable stay, felt like we’d been away for a lot longer than a week & we would love to visit there again.
