The hotel is perfectly situated for the NEC, breakfast was varied and good. The bed and pillows were so comfortable. The room was well equipped, all the staff were friendly and helpful.

Can't fault this hotel at all. Clean, tidy and friendly. Great proximity to the NEC and Resort World and had a great weekend here. Bar was lovely, staff were helpful and breakfast was 10/10. Really can't wait to stay here again.

The only thing what spoilt it was when I went for breakfast some of the food had run out and by the time I got what I was waiting for I had eaten the rest of my breakfast so I never got my full English all together.

The breakfast was very tasty, Service at night and when I signed in and out was very good.

Carpark isn’t at the door however, we only had one overnight bag to carry and the lake is lovely to walk around.

Accessibility to Resort World Arena was great! After leaving the venue late and cold, I think we were back to the hotel within 5 minutes. The twin room was a good size for my teenage son and I. Lovely and clean.

It was a nice touch to have a welcome cocktail, however I didn't like the taste and there no alternatices. I would have preferred a free beer or soft drink instead.

Friendly staff, great location for the NEC, good breakfast, good decor and comfortable rooms. Nice being able to cast devices to the in-room screen.

Hotel 8s spotless and the staff are realy freindly and helpful, the location was brilliant right at the front door to the nec and just a small walk across the the resorts arena.

The ONLY thing was the room was really warm - there was a fan provided but thought against it as don't think little one would have slept with fan one

Fab location, a stones throw from the arena, lots of places near by to eat. Guy who checked us in was super friendly and helpful (my 8 year old even commented how nice he was). Room was lovely and clean with everything you need for a short stay

The air quality of the room isn't great. Air conditioning was turned off in winter months means that you need to open windows to circulate air. The night I slept in was not too pleasant. The room was stuffy and hot. Outside was windy and battered with rain, so I had to keep the window closed. I wish there's still an option to turn on the air conditioning unit.

The location of the hotel is excellent. Walking distance to the venues and easy when lugging suitcases. The vibe of the hotel is young with some cool decors.

The disabled parking is a long way from the hotel especially if I was alone or in a wheelchair. I was lucky that my husband dropped me off and drove to park. Maybe people who need to park close could inform you when booking? Just a suggestion.

This property is in a great location. Easy to get to and lots of nearby parking. Checkin was easy and made better by the free cocktails! Our room was lovely, clean and comfortable. The view out over the lake was lovely too. Already booked to stay again in May!

I cannot think of anything bad to say, everything was great.

Breakfast was wonderful, lots of healthy option too, I was very happy they served black pudding (it is my favourite) The whole vibe of the hotel was great, buzzing atmosphere downstairs. The bedrooms were spacious and peaceful, very comfortable bed. The location was perfect for us and loads of places to eat near by.
