Fantastic hotel for events. So close to venue it takes away the stress of hassling to get out of car park and find the way home, especially if not from the area. Made the concert more enjoyable.

The bed had a mattress topper that was wrinkled so was too uncomfortable to sleep in.. we slept on top of the duvet. And sheets could do with a softener

Breakfast could end later than 10, especially as most guests had been to concerts in the area the previous night and a lie in would be fabulous!

This was our first stay at the hotel and we loved everything from the second we arrived. Decor is funky and the reception staff were really friendly and welcoming. Check in was easy and we then received our welcome drink. Fabulous welcome. The room was lovely with the added bonus of a beautiful lake view and a fan which was great as it was a hot day. Breakfast was one of the best UK hotel breakfasts we've ever had, and we travel a lot! The choice was excellent and the staff were so helpful. We will definitely be back!

Bit chaotic at breakfast - everyone always comes down at the same time! The staff were brilliant though and nothing was too much trouble.

The bed was a bit hard, but it wasn't a problem. Also, every time my husband moved in the bed, the light underneath went off, he is tall and I think the sensors were a bit sensitive, it made us laugh, so not a problem.

Very close to the world resorts arena, much closer than we thought. Lovely view from our room, overlooking the water. Good size room and everything was great.

The buffet breakfast was nice but there was a bit of a logjam with lots of people crammed into one corner trying to help themselves to food.

It was very close to the arena where the concert was and a short walk from the car park. Our room was light and airy comfortable and overlooked the lake. The staff were excellent extremely friendly and helpful.

The cooked breakfast elements weren't replenished quick enough so there was a constant queue in this area.

Shower height couldn't be adjusted as the shower head kept sliding down

Shame that the hotel isn't allowed to let people in with guests after events for drinks. Our friends didn't stay at the hotel and were turned away which is a shame as they couldn't find anywhere nearby to join us and would have happily stayed for a few rounds of drinks.

Clean and well presented hotel, very close to the venue, central location, parking was easy even though it's a bit of a walk away.

The only suggestion I would make is that we were there for a concert and they could have done with a few more staff at the bar before as there was a large queue.

We arrived slightly early and were able to check in. We were given a free cocktail on arrival which was a nice touch. We were also told that we had breakfast included even though we had not booked this, again a nice touch from the hotel. The location for the NEC is perfect, it is just across the road.
