Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

United KingdomLocation was very loud, couldn’t tell whether it was from the bar downstairs but around 11pm some singing could be heard. Slightly noisy early doors around 8am aswell because of the bin lorries around surrounding businesses which can’t be helped!
Location was excellent - minutes walk from all our destinations so that was ideal.

As a Housekeeping Supervisor at Hilton At The Utilita Bowl, I was very impressed with the level of room cleanliness, design, and quality. During check-in, we received a free upgrade to a room with a sofa bed which we were very impressed with as it was spacious than we anticipated. Room cleanliness was one of the best I've seen with no limescale in the kettle, new spoons, clean mugs, and all the chromes on the shower head and sink were super clean and shiny which was a wow for me. My girlfriend liked the room layout and design, the hangers were awesome, main living room area mirror was very cool and Instagramable hahaha. Bed linen I loved as it's the same we use at my workplace and it was super comfy and I liked the extra pillows given. Overall, even tho we was doing a one day stay, I would have loved to extend it and the main lobby area was one of the most fanciest and very modern looks. We also liked the photobooth and overall loved the location.

Quirky, cute hotel with everything we needed for our stay. Staff were friendly and the facilities were perfect! We enjoyed a quiet night's sleep, and made our own waffles for breakfast. My daughter loved the cool games, the funky furniture and the free iced tea. We spend a lot of time in Manchester, and this is the beat hotel we've stayed at

It’s our second time visiting Moxy and we just love it! Our favourite part is being able to carry out the night by playing jenga, connect 4 in the lobby whilst drinking some of the best cocktails we’ve ever had!
