The property was quite expensive for what you paid for, and also about a 25 minute walk from the main areas of Florence.

The property was nice and clean, it had good facilities for shared bathroom, with two toilets and showers to access. The bedroom was quite large, with a reasonable bed. The owner was lovely and very welcoming.

Being an old building, soundproofing was not great. We could hear doors opening and closing and people talking in the next room.

Host was lovely and very helpful, he gave us some good recommendations on restaurants and travel. The accommodation was a very short tram ride from the centre which was very convenient. There was a supermarket nearby and a well equipped kitchen area meaning we could have food there. The terrace area was lovely for a lazy morning.

Communication with the city center by tram or bus is not a highlight, and it's better to go walking, but it is a bit far after all day walking Firenze streets.

The host was really nice, the place was clean and the noise isolation was good. Also, the shower was great and the hairdryer provided was nice so kinda felt like home.

The bnb is in a really good location near the bus stop. The owner is extremely helpful and the place is beautiful. The only downside is that you won't have your own washroom but there are two shared washrooms. They also have a beautiful shared kitchen you can use

The doors are quite noisy and there are not so many places for towels in the toilet.

Close to the train station (Stazione di Firenze Santa Maria Novella), about 20 minutes by walk (there also faster ways by bus) You can use the kitchen and make coffee in the coffee machine. Also possible to take a bike, but you need to make a deposit in the amount of 150 euros.

The window from our room was facing the street which was extremely noisy even at night. The bathroom had no hooks to hang your towel, which would be easy to add. The doors were noisy. It's a bit overpriced.

It was nice that there is a kitchen, coffee/tea, along with the outside patio from the kitchen.

It was quite noisy because of the door. You can hear the other guests if they are calling in their room. There were some problems with the warming of the shower warming during the last days of our stay.

The owners were nice. The accommodation is close to the tram to the centre and the kitchen and garden were nice as well. There is also a supermarket nearby as well as restaurants and shops.

The room was rather dark. The wall outlets were all the in-line, three-pronged Italian-style outlets, and not the standard European (Schuko) ones.

Friendly staff, good location, super clean. Large room with a large bathroom. The place has all the basics to make the stay a comfortable one. The city tax is included in the price, so there's no need to pay it apart.

You get here what ordinary standard hotels aren’t able to offer - the spirit and beauty of florencian houses, so go for it. It’s just 5 minutes by tram + 3 minutes walk from central train station and has really good price to value ratio. Having breakfast or late tea in their patio is priceless

Summer blankets would be nice to have. I am sure if I had asked Domenico, he would have arranged it, but I didn’t get a chance to ask him.

It was very clean. Domenico was very friendly and helpful. The bus stop is just outside the hotel, so it’s convenient when you coming back dead tired.

The location is a bit far from the historical places. We went there by tram, it only costs 1.70 euros per person.

We like the well equipped kitchen. We had a spacious bedroom and attached bathroom with a joining patio. The host is very friendly and helpful.

The drain in the shower got blocked but was quickly fixed by the management team. There was no airconditioning but instead a small plastic fan in the room.

Mario was fantastic - he was always available and super friendly to answer our questions and manage any problems. The free coffee was delicious. The room had high ceilings and felt spacious.

No air conditioning which isn’t ideal in summer, though fans are provided. Check in is not until 3pm and there is no option to store your bags at the property, so you must pay to use a public storage locker if you want to leave your bags before check in or after check out. About 25 mins walk into the centre of Florence, though the walk is flat and fairly easy.

No airconditioning, but the fan worked well.

The staff offered earplugs as the area is quite noisy. However, the windows isolate very well so when sleeping with a closed window (and the fan turned on) it was no problem. We also liked that we could borrow bikes.
