We forgot our passports inside safety locker ... did the check out travelled via train from Liverpool and until 5 pm no one called me!! .. when i remembered, I had to call back and forth until next day where they insisted that service team confirmed no passports found ... until I requested to check one more last time ... finally they found them inside the locker ... it seems there is quality issue with the service team on cleaning and securing lost stuff ... we were lucky the new visitor who booked the room did not touch them .. so simply make sure to not forget or leave anything expensive or critical for your business inside the room ... always take it with you

Staff was very nice. This was the second year we had stayed for our son’s chess tournament, and we had a great experience. The restaurant service on the first night (Friday) was very slow, but the staff gave us an extra discount for our patience. The food was amazing! We appreciated their kindness towards the children, and they were overall helpful. Only thing is that our phone in the room didn’t work, and it was never addressed during our stay.

All staff are welcoming. I left my ring in the room and didn’t notice till I left and checked out. Staff were amazing and found my ring and took it to reception. Couldn’t thank them enough.

Another chair in the room would have been great.

We arrived early & there were no rooms ready but after we joined their Accor club we were upgraded to a room with a kitchenette. The young gentleman at reception was so helpful. We were very grateful to get into a room early on a rainy morning. A beautiful hotel in every way! The smart tv was exceptional.

I didn’t find the staff welcoming , not a friendly face around , the cleaning lady knocked on our room door at 9.50, i opened the door to a , Oh ok , then she walked away !!!

We came back in from a night out and the room was set at 26 degrees or more we tried to turn it down but couldn’t it kept going back up.So I failed to sleep but the beds were very comfy.

I liked the room and how big it was for the price was amazing.We came on a Sunday and didn’t really know how to get to anything.

Air conditioning in the room was very difficult to change the settings.

The location is good, accessible by regular city bus service, and not too far to the city centre if you want to walk. Breakfast was excellent and the staff were very professional and polite. Free luggage room in use before check in and after check out.
