We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

United KingdomIt's a bit impersonal and considering it's recently decorated (they were painting the lobby during our stay), some bits were tatty. The stool in our room had the legs falling off it and wasn't safe. Thankfully we noticed before trying to sit on it!
Good price. Got everything you would need for an overnight stay. The room was fairly clean, but attention to detail is needed to make it perfect. There was plenty of tea and coffee making stuff, just a pain that you have to use a glass to fill the kettle as it doesn't fit under the tap in the sink. Check in process easy. They send a code and your room number. When you get there you just get your key card from the wall safes. Simple and easy. Room was basic but had everything you would need. En suite, tv, tea/coffee facilities and fairly comfy bed with all nice clean linen/towels. Great location in the middle of town.

United KingdomSome of the rooms are a bit noisy. Not necessarily street noise, but what appeared to be buzzing from extractor fans. The room I was in this time (room 5) didn't have this problem. I should flag that all bedrooms are on the first floor. There is a lift, but I have NEVER known this to actually work. So, although room 1 seems to be set up for disabled access, you can only get to it if you can use the stairs.
I've stayed here several times. It is a convenient location for a regular visit I make to Oakham. The room is clean, and comfortable. The hotel is centrally located, and the restaurant downstairs is excellent.

United KingdomFor some reason room 1 doesn't have a number on it, so it was a little hard to find. Also when I stayed in one of the other rooms I couldn't turn the heat on the shower down, which was too hot.
Good location in Oakham, near to the main street and shops. Contactless entry, just get texted a code, which is really great when you are turning up at a random time and just a brief stay. Rooms are nice, with an en suite.

United KingdomBin was left in the corridor which smelt which was very unpleasant walking to the room. Cleaners trolley with supplies was also left out during our stay so we couldn't understand why the bin hadn't been moved! Loud in corridors and we could hear people moving around all night. Key card played up so the lights were going on and off. No staff around as it was just accessed via key card. Said parking was on premises but was on the road and we could only park for free after 5pm. We rang up initially to enquire about parking and only got a call back around an hour later once we'd paid for parking.
The room itself was practical and functional and it was in a great location.

United KingdomShower door off rails on arrival. No means of privacy on the window overlooking the street, only a solid blind: choice of daylight in room or privacy to get changed - not both. Upon arrival the keysafe specified to me opened to reveal... nothing! It took 2 phone calls, the second after hanging around for 10 mins whilst the promised staff member failer to appear.
Convenient location. Bed was comfortable. Shower worked well once I'd fixed the door.
