We could hear traffic noise our room was at the front.

Beautiful boutique Hotel with a very stylish interior. Our room had a lovely free standing bath and they had left a gift of a small jug of Port for us and some shortbread for our Anniversary. The room not only had a kettle and Nespresso machine but also a lovely China teapot. All this added to our enjoyment. We enjoyed a delicious breakfast. Lovely treat.

Couldn't find any staff on the desk in the morning, which was tricky as I had to rush off for work.

Beautiful room, lovely stay. Cannot fault it! The room came equipped with lots of snacks and refreshments, and some added bonuses. The bed and bath was a wonderful luxury, will definitely be returning!

There was nothing we didn’t like other than a) there being nowhere in the room itself to hang our coats and clothes and b) nowhere in the bathroom substantial to put our toiletries, other than a on very small stool.

Staff (Meghan) were really welcoming and pleasant when we checked in and extremely helpful and pleasant at breakfast (Roxana). The room was very well appointed and the breakfast was exceptional. Great location as well, near to the city centre but not in it.

I've stayed many times always fantastic. I share a bed with my son. The room and bed was too small. I tried to book directly but no one picked up the phone. Roxanne told me I booked online through a third party, I didn’t realise. It would be helpful if your online booking email address was more obvious please.

The breakfast is magnificent high quality, lots of choice, beautiful room.

Everything was on point. The room was spacious and fresh. The breakfast was excellent. The area is lovely is not a bit quiet, which is what I was looking for. The staff were all lovely and responsive. I'd be hard pressed to find better lodging in Cheltenham. Of course, dog friendly is the cherry on the sundae!

The most magical stay in the heart of the country. Our room was incredibly done up, the most divine details and care have been put into the facilities. A massive shout out to the staff who made us feel at home. We will be back!

Beautiful , very stylish and comfortable. Lovely warm and cosy little bar to have drinks. We got a family vibe from this Hotel, very welcoming staff. One of the best freshly cooked breakfasts we have ever had. I am a very fussy traveller unfortunately and normally have to move rooms or have something to complain about but on this occasion absolutely nothing at all to complain about.

Only 2 little things, I thought the decor of the many fashion designer books were a bit naff . And the big cooked breakfast could do with being on a smaller plate- making it look more crowded. English breakfast is my favourite meal so I think I know what I’m talking about. Food was good.

Lovely rooms, great to have snacks on arrival, Meghan made the check in very welcoming and enjoyable. Bar is cosy and the lounge area was super comfy. Super clean Thankyou.

Only small issue was lack of parking spaces available at the property although they do prewarn you about this

Luca the hoste was friendly and welcoming from the minute we checked in. The room was outstanding and had everything we could possibly need including the largest bathroom we’ve ever had in a hotel…simply stunning. Our small dog was with us and was provided with a bed, treats, dog bowl and toys! We were all very well catered for. Breakfast was delicious with lots of choice… we can’t wait to return again!
