As soon as I walk in there was a roach on the floor the beds sheets had burnt mark on them the tub was dirty I book a online reservation and paid just to get there and pay more money because my reservation wasn’t there

the door was broken, the shower was broken, the sheets and pillowcases were dirty and stained, all the towels were dirty and stained as well

The stay would have been better if I was able to get another room but I was denied getting another room even though the shower didn’t work, tv didn’t work and the toilet ran all night. Hopefully I can get comensated for this stay.

THE POOL WAS CLOSE AND DIRTY LOOKS LIKE THE POOL HASNT BEEN OPEN IN MONTHS THE SHOWER CURTAIN HAD MILDEW ON IT THE ROOM SMELL JUST LIKE Marijuana SOMEONE HAD WRITTEN AND DRAWN ON THE DOOR WE WAS WAKEN UP BY A STRONG Marijua SMELL COMING OUT THE ROOM NEXT DOOR SOMEONE WAS SMOKEN IN THE ROOM NEXT DOOR AND IT WAS COMING THROUGH TO OUR ROOM WE BOOKED FOR A KING ROOM BY THE POOL SIDE BUT GOT A KING ROOM BY THE ENTRANCE WHICH TURNED OUT OKAY SINCE THE POOL WAS SO NASTY

roaches everywhere and burnt cigarette marks on the pillows and sheets bathroom wasn't cleaned and hair was all over the sink and bathroom front staff kept only wanting cash and wouldn't accept credit card payment until i was going to contact corporate.

convenient location and price. staff was able to give 1st floor request. working AC heater. bed was comfortable and nice selection of TV channels

Room did not look like nothing on the pictures from the website, there were old appliances outside the rooms both on the ground floor and on the stairs and balconies. Room had holes on the wall where someone punched the wall I guess missing lighbulbs, no lights on the ceiling, there was a lamp so that you would have lights in the bathroom, little roaches in the bathroom, no channels on the TV worked ac unit looked like it seen better days and the list goes on

Beds were comfortable, good water pressure, hot water, ac blew cold which was good.

It is not the oyo but a day inn, and they would not honor the reservation. If I wanted to stay there, it would be a new reservation. He told me to go look at the room. It was a disaster. The TV did not work, same with the refrigerator. No towels and the worst case of roaches I had ever seen.

I have been booking with booking.com for a really long time. An I am currently done with them over this hotel. I Booked as normal, arrive to my hotel only to discover it has changed the name to motel 6 and they refuse to honor my booking. They said they had just been purchased an had a name change. Refuse to give me a refund. I called booking.com for 3 days before I was able to speak to someone. Booking.com then Told me an sent me an email saying they would refund my money within 3 to 5 days. Well here we are over a week later an still no refund. The agent I spoke to today said they never even started the refund process an was rude af. I asked to speak to a manager an he refused, he said theyll say the same thing I am an hung up.

Everything in the room was dirty when we got there, the sheets the towels the bathroom. The shower actually was completely broken when we got there too and the whole faucet came off and was shooting water out at shin height. It was just not a nice hotel but that’s what you get for the cheapest option.

There wasn’t much positive about this stay, the staff were helpful but it’s rated extremely low for a reason.
