Was hot in room, fan was noisy but didn’t seem to do very much to cool the room.

Location was fantastic very close to the pier. Room was trendy and bed comfortable. Coffee machine was good. Nice view of sea.

nothing to dislike. a lovely stay.

2 minute walk from the beach and seconds from shops / cash point etc. The room was clean and had everything we needed (fridge, shower, toilet, two sinks, crockery, cutlery and towels). Doors were coded of which we were sent a code for the day before and this was easier than faffing around with keys. We were provided with a fan as it was very warm in the room and this kept it cool.

The design of the rooms, great facilities in a small space. Everything we needed for our short stay and really comfortable too. would stay again.

we think although housekeeping come to property they don’t check toilet rolls or soap. so we had no hand soap in bathroom at all so used shower gel and we had a started toilet roll. we didn’t expect towels replaced or bed made as we did that ourselves but think levels should be checked daily. the bathroom could do with deep clean as grout is dirty in places and shower head needs a good scrub. a hook for towels on back of door in bathroom would be handy. we cleaned the fan as it was thick with dust so although very grateful to have it we couldn’t use until clean.

I struggled to get on the bed; hadn't realised it was so high though obviously it would be different in the bigger rooms (I was in a small double). I never managed the TV - just wanted Freeview, but couldn't find it despite trying both nights. Shower room was small - with a small shelf for personal items which was initially covered in towels, so I moved a big and small towel to under the bed. I suggest a hook on the door for wet towels

exterior front door looksa bit worn and could do with a repaint. disappointed that the bin hadn't been changed and was overflowing in a cupboard but otherwise everything else was great

our the shower temperature was very temperamental. It got very hot all of a sudden and turning the temperature down on the shower didn’t seem to do much.

Few more tea and coffee supplies would have been great, as there was 3 of us in the room we only got one cuppa tea each. It backs onto a bar on the seafront so could be noisy on the weekend but our stay was not affected (Thursday night)

Great location for easy access to shops, very close to beach. Room was clean and perfect for a short break. Beds were really comfy. Room 1 is right at the bottom of house with no other rooms on that floor so that was a bonus.
