We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomThe soap dispensers do not work easily. I think the handwash chosen may be a different variety from the one the dispenser was designed for.
The Paisley Pear is a modern, functional hotel of the Travelodge variety but with a pub/restaurant attached. It is situated within reasonable walking distance of north of the town and is close to a Sainsbury's superstore and garage. The rooms are spotlessly clean and of a decent size with everything one might need for a comfortable stay, including tea and coffee-making facilities. The staff were extremely helpful when I managed to leave two items behind; locating them and then packaging them ready for collection. There is a dearth of decent hotels in Brackley and this establishment is well worth a visit.

United KingdomThe temp (air con)in the room can't go below 19°. My preference is to sleep in a cool bedroom. The disabled shower seat hadn't been cleaned properly, I brought my own flash wipes and unfortunately the wipes showed brown dirt.
