Been a few times before , we love the pool & Spa!! Also breakfast is great & nice to catch up with Marlene who works in the restaurant & is very caring & attentive to all the customers needs !! Staff like her are hard to get !!

The hotel was very busy, full of New Year coach tour visitors. As such breakfast times were somewhat fraught, some food options had run out and the staff were stretched. On our arrival, a few mistakes were made with our drink and food choices.

The hotel was set in a beautiful and historic building, benefiting from a recent renovation. The staff were very friendly and the location of the hotel perfect. The gym, spa and pool facilities were excellent.

The parking was difficult, as the 22 spaces available were all taken and I had to pay $20 (refundable) to get a permit to park 5 min walk down the road.

Breakfast: first day had a "takeaway" breakfast with hot bacon sandwich- was fine but 2nd day went down for self service breakfast - all food at best tepid, unappetising & poor quality. Wouldn't go for this option if stay again as was so poor

Pool opening times could have been improved. 9pm closing at night with 8:30pm last entry is quite early

Easy, quick check-in. The room was clean and perfectly adequate for one night. Staff in the bar were polite and friendly. Breakfast in the morning was absolutely lovely.

Bathroom fan didn't work so I told them in the morning and they hopped to it. Nothing else to complain about.

Lovely spa I used in the morning. Very comfortable room with good facilities. Very helpful staff. Location is easily walkable from the station and town. Nearby restaurants and shops.

We had the last room available, and when we arrived, we found out, it was below the ground level. So, there was not much natural light. The hotel was chosen because of river view, and we had no any..

Buffet breakfast was cold on the first morning. 2 bedside lamps in room were faulty. Wouldn't turn on. Need better parking facilities. Food menu was basic,. although what we had was lovley

The staff were all very friendly and helpful - the hotel was perfectly located near to the theatre and town centre but quiet and very comfortable to relax in . The beautiful spa facilities were a great bonus as were visiting Inverness in December!

The spa facilities were great and I enjoyed my massage, the food was good, the staff were friendly and welcoming and it was a great atmosphere. 😊

Their valet parking service isn't valet parking at all. It is an overspill carpark and should be described as such. My car got hammered with gull crap in their overspill carpark. I'm not happy about this at all as I had to go to the time and expense of cleaning my car as soon as I checked out. The hotel staff didn't seem interested when I told them about the state of my car.

There was a wee bit noise in the corridor but it didn’t last for long and it was quiet by 11pm

The hotel was gorgeous and modern. Our room was very spacious and comfortable. It was right in the centre of Inverness so it was really close to pubs, restaurants and shops. The breakfast was lovely.
