We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomThe white stains on the sofa bed and the lack of bedding. Our son had to end up sleeping in the bed with us. Also it was hard to talk to a staff Member as the one I tried to speak too seemed to just rush of while I was asking a few questions so had to go back and ask the same again. Other than that the other staff were great
Apart from the update of the decorating in the bedrooms. Also the sofa bed we were given had some white stains all over it one pillow with no pillow cover and a quilt with no quilt cover on.

United KingdomThe hotel was average and left me unimpressed. It appears run-down and in need of a renovation. The spa and changing area were particularly dirty, to the point where I was uncomfortable using the pool due to its unhygienic appearance. Additionally, the shower next to the pool was broken and clogged with smelly, dirty water. While slippers and a bathrobe should be standard amenities for this caliber of hotel, I was initially told they were only available in certain rooms, which made no sense to me. However, after some insistence, they agreed to provide them. The staff was reasonably kind but only up to a professional standard. Overall, my expectations were not met but it was okey for one night stay.
The location to the airport was good.

United KingdomPoor quality double glazing - failed to stop airport noise. Drinks very expensive. Room was chilly - air conditioning was adjusted but this failed to make any difference - this was the case in both rooms we booked. Staff were helpful and offered a heater. Online checkout failed - so still awaiting refund of pre authorised monies - checkin desk was not manned as we left (we did leave at 4:15) so have to trust we will be reimbursed

United KingdomThe check in process. They sent us to a phonebox to check in and for some reason there is a £50 hold that I didnt know about so the bill is more expensive and then you have to wait potentially a week for the money to be released back and the normal bill paid. We had to go to reception to ask what our room number was as found the box confusing and then at check out the box didn't work, nobody was on reception and a random man said he would just take our key, so I hope we checked out alright. Also I thought we had breakfast but then we were told we didn't. They also knew it was our first night since getting married and said it would he special, but it was very basic. Thw shower head wasn't even high on the wall, it looked like there were previously holders for it but not anymore, so I had to try and wash my hair while holding the shower head. Also he prepared to pay around £25 - £30 for a couple to get from the terminal to the hotel and back. The hotel shuttle is just iver £13 for 2 singles and a taxi was just over £13 as well, but really ita pretty much a tunnel you go through, you just can't walk it.
It was fairly easy to find, we had to get a taxi from the terminals though as the hotel hopper timetable wasn't very clear at the airport and the staff didn't say how ling the wait would be. The bed was very comfortable and there was wager in the room and then a single hot chocolate sachet, which is good for me but not if my partner wanted 1 to. Plugs both sided of the end was good to.

GibraltarParking was extremely difficult to find a space and the space I found was a considerable distance from reception. On entering, the smell was quite off putting. Food was only available in room service as I arrived quite late; partly due to the time spent finding a space. What was available was limited and hardly seemed appetising.
Bedroom was spacious and walk in shower was very good. The receptionist, Ahmed, was friendly and helpful.

AustraliaArriving after a late flight and being shown a phone Box to do our arrival and to get our key The Robot who directed us must have twice about it and decided to do our arrival. I felt I was on a Dr Who film set, and I was entering the Tardis. There was no one there at all when we were leaving. Communication was weak throughout this hotel It has an impression of glamour but this is spoiled by front staff attitude and long corridors especially when guests are expected to carry own cases without any assistance. Shower was dangerous glass moving door okay that tell you it moves. However, English is sometimes a second language.
The room was cosy and warm clean and tidy. Near Heathrow for early morning flight. Dining room staff were helpful Breakfast had some good options however egg choices were strange Cold boiled eggs or scrambled eggs.
