The woman working the front desk was A+. She had great customer service skills. I didn't feel nervous outside by myself at night.

Breakfast was only muffins, granola bars and coffee. Since price of room varied with # of occupants, I'm sure part of that cost was for breakfast. I would have liked some other options (fruit, yogurt, waffles, juice)

Easy to get to with several dining options nearby -- just not within walking distance.

The woman at the desk was not as nice as others. There was something wrong with the toilet. There were people in handicap parking spaces with no handicap placard or license plate. Rates were too high.

The A/C system was poor. Too much wind in living room on any setting and no breeze in bedroom where it was always warmer.

I arrived very late, at 1:30 am and I called from the A/P and told Mary I was coming. When I arrived Mary checked me in and went out of her way to help me get dishes, etc and she even put breakfast in a bag with my room # so I could have eats even after 9:30 bkfst room closure. Mary is the best!

Some kitchen cleaning supplies would have been nice, to clean up after eating my carry-out. TV initially didn't work, then it worked but with no on screen guide. Danielle was kind enough to hand write a channel guide, which helped aslo. Next day, they did provide a fully functioning TV. Internet went out during a light rain; I'd think an extended stay place would have more funcitonal wi-fi capacity. TV also went out just prior to the conclusion of a show I was invested in. Now I'll never know the ending. Again, get a service that isn't so sensitive.

Bed was very comfortable. Bathroom was very clean. Hallways were quiet. Service for TV issues were prompt and effective. Breakfast was only coffee/ hot chocolate, instant oatmeal, muffins and granola bars. At this point in the pandemic, a little more would be nice. (June 2022). Juice, some fruit...

I was expecting a full continental breakfast service but, your facility did not provide that. Muffins and coffee is not continental breakfast. My suggestion would be going forward if you cannot provide what is included in the total price, you should compensate with gift cards to the local breakfast places for a complete service. Parking is horrible, very limited. We would come in at night late and impossible to park close or even in the facility. We had to continue asking for towels and blankets that was not a daily service provided, I emptied the garbage and took down the towels myself in order to get replacements. In order to get my 50.00deposit back I was told that I will need to throw out the garbage and bring down the towels, I was in shock because this is the first time a hotel will ask the customer to do the job of someone that works there. No one at the front desk at night in case of emergencies. 1st night slept in heat because I did not know that the thermostat was connected to the ac unit this was not said to me when I checked in.

Location was close to everything (restaurants, mall, etc.) pleasantly surprised, pictures on the website did not do the hotel justice.

the bed was terribly uncomfortable. both my husband and I woke up with back pain because there was no give to the bed at all. there were only 3 pillows and they were very small as well

1. The toilet didn’t flush right. I spent more time trying to read a worn message on the toilet tank and figure out how to get the toilet to flush than necessary. 2. A neighbor fixed fish and the whole hallway was smelly all day and odor came in our room. 3. Many cosmetic issues and paint color make the rooms look dingy and unappealing in comparison to other hotels. 4. Although a non smoking place, someone was smoking in the building.

The room was clean and the property was quiet. The laundry facility was nice to have available.

The hotel room we got the first night didn't lock at all.. I wasn't allowed to pay cash for the room.. Even though it was in my booking plus they almost didn't except our dog & they questioned us about our service dog & what kind of service dog she was.. Plus they charged an extra deposit that wasn't in the booking. The bed was hard as a rock.. The lights didn't work in the first room..

It was spacious & clean , The staff was some what friendly..They did however change our room after we told them it didn't lock or work..

We were worried when there wasn't so much as a fork or cup or plate in the bare cupboards. They had everything we needed (except no wine bottle opener) downstairs, but I had to go down and carry it all back upstairs. Everyplace else we've ever stayed all that stuff is stocked and ready to use, so it would have been nice to have had this mentioned online someplace so we could know what we needed to bring (like dishwash soap, paper towels, ...etc.)

Nice to have a full size fridge and kitchen. I also noticed some guests had pets, so I was worried we'd have associated barking dogs or smells but there was none of that - it was all nice and quiet for us.
