Charging me a higher rate for breakfast when I decided to add on for breakfast. Same product but being charged higher, felt discriminated, paying more for the same breakfast.

Room could have been cleaner especially as I'm a cleaner myself noticed alot of things that could have been given that extra special touch! But comfy bed and pillows myself and kids slept very well. I was missing the coffee and tea maker in my room that was listed on booking information but all in all we had a pleasant stay 😊

Ventilation in room and bathroom inadequate. Water in bathroom flimsyish! Car park small and always full.

I liked the breakfast, the free EV charging facilities, the price is somewhat reasonable.

Evening Meal was quite Expensive for the amount of food. The Food was very nice. A Basic Spaghetti Bolognese ,was £14.95 + JD & Coke £6.90 + 12.5% Service Charge ... o came to about £24 ! If there i a net time I'll be going to McDonalds Tv Kept Blanking Out. Maintenance Reset it but Problem persisted, said would make a call & would return ... He didn't. I called Reception again 3 Hours later and moved me to an adjoining room. I had to get the Key Card and move myself

Bathroom water went everywhere and you could still hear people in the bathroom. My head board was peeling and ended up with bits all over me int he middle of the night

Having to wait for veg options. My toilet was constantly running which I managed to fix and I've never been in a hotel where the bar closes so early.

Had to walk under subway to get to hotel when leaving tube station, didn’t feel safe. Outer door on bathroom would be a good addition, didn’t feel very private!

First room smelt of cigarettes, had to ask for room to be changed. Very expensive parking which should come free of charge with hotel in my opinion

Breakfast was average. I had breakfast for 6 days and all days there was no change I. The menu. It was very boring not to have varieties for 6 consecutive days. Also room service was not the best. The cleaning lady would come every day but she would always forget something. She forgot to empty the trash bin for two days. She didn’t restock the restroom with shampoos and shower gel for one day, and one day the tissue paper box was empty and she did not refill it. I also asked one day for room service to bring refills of shampoo as I was out of and they did not bring any. Other than that, the stay was comfortable, the staff were friendly and I liked my stay overall. I would still recommend this facility.

The parking was expensive at £18 for 24 hours and not many spaces unless using over flow car park which you need to wait for someone to open/close

Tbh I can’t really grumble about any thing other then parking when returning back from a football match we have a blue badge and the disabled bays where blocked off with cones we had to park a fair way which wasn’t fun at 12am but no major deal.

Can’t fault the staff our room wasn’t ready as they had a huge influx of guests they were so apologetic and we were allowed to keep our room until 1pm the next day. Night time room service again was excellent my sons autistic and woke needing a drink we didn’t have one 20 mins later they where at our door :).

A bit far from London City center - 30-40 minutes by tube. Breakfast ok but not perfect, not many healthy meals.
