We arrived at the hotel around 6pm and there already were a lot of cars. We could not find a parking. So we stopped at the main entrance as we had many luggage and also baby stroller. Check in took a bit of time as there was only one staff at the counter and a client was already there. The security staff was annoyed that our vehicle was in front of the entrance while we were still waiting for check in so as to remove the luggage. So it was a bit disturbing for us. Otherwise all the services were perfect and we had a nice stay of 8 days.

There is a paid parling lot and you can charge your car with the 4 charging points. Easy access to highway to go to any location we wanted. Cleaning is perfect. Kid friendly. Upgrade to King Studio with interconnected double room. Welcome gift pack for children, colouring book and activities. Christmas presents for the children, which they were delighted to receive.

The sofa beds were not very comfortable. Too much of water wasted due to leak in the shower, though we had no issues taking shower, but if the water leak is taken care there will be more water coming from shower. Breakfast was good, but we had a waiting of at least 20-25 mins for table to be available. Normally other hotels do make hot omelette on demand, but this hotel had a paid service for omelette. The bathroom sliding doors doesn’t close completely and seems bit hard for kids to use.

Very close to the train station. The rooms were clean, and big, 2 kids and 2 adults could sleep easily.

Location was Awesome , just 3 mins walk from the nearest Tube station which has connectivity for all over london. The beds were spacious and room service was great. All the staff were very courteous and breakfast had good vareity of options

The location is really far from central london. It was not a problem in 2021 when the roads were still empty but this time in Dec 2023 we faced major traffic jams around the hotel. We were stuck in traffic for 2 hours one day just outside the hotel and missed an invitation. Things might be different if you’re not driving though, there is a London underground station right outside the hotel.

This was our second visit. We visited in 2021 before, during Covid times when traffic was still light. The rooms are comfortable and clean. It is a basic hotel and good value for money.

Not enough towels and shower gels, soap, etc... I would have appreciated more if they provided more of the above for a room of three adults.

The location is great, next to a tube station. There is a car, but you have to pay £15/24 hours. I had a room of three, and the king sized bed was very comfortable. Appreciated the safe to keep valuable items. Internet was good. Good interior design and very clean

Soundproof needs improvement.

Nice, comfortable and clean room, functional WiFi, helpful staff. The metro station is across the hotel facilitating access to the city center. Defenitely I would stay again.

1. Breakfast had no variety and repeated every day the same. Unacceptable for a 4 star Hotel to pay for pancakes and have fried eggs upon ordering 2. Night shift employees among the security guy speaking loud with a client (him talking loud too) after midnight hours as seems no-one was sleeping 3. Error on my booking although we are certain that we chose the correct number of people. They asked me at the beginning to pay 22£ per day but after a massive discussion they agreed to a-knowledge the error and did not pay anything. 4. Far from central not easy with young family. 5. One door to cover the toilet and showers. Never seen anything like that in my life. So if someone is using the toilet the other can not have a shower. Absolutely insane

For the location the extremely high price. When "started" the check-in, they registered other families first, when I had arrived earlier and was waiting at the reception, if I didn't come to remind them that I was waiting, they wouldn't have called me. The service must be the same for all guests

The breakfast supervisor's attitude. When asked at the reception desk the day prior if they had gluten free options at breakfast we received a nod from this man. To then come to breakfast the next morning and him not be very pleasant

There were no bottles of water in room and only 2 coffee pods. Also the fridge is hidden and we only found it as we were leaving. Another thing was that there is no vanity mirror near a plug socket. The hair dryer has a very short cord and didn't reach a mirror so I had to guess how my hair looked. Also the room looked a bit tired and there were stains on the sofa bed.

Staff were fantastic and the hotel smelt beautiful. The smart TV and the lighting controls were very handy

Would have loved to have some ventilation in the room. The windows do not open so it can get a bit stuffy inside.

The aesthetic of the hotel is very modern and the staff is very very welcoming and go out of their way to provide their clients a pleasant stay. We also booked a taxi with the staff at reception and they guided us throughout the whole process. They were very kind all throughout our stay. Park Royal is a very quiet area and we felt really safe there, even when passing the tunnel during late hours. The hotel is literally just below the train station which is optimal for those wishing to travel to London Central I also like the fact that the hotel chain is taking up some eco initiatives. We opted for an Eco program, in which housekeeping won't be provided (except needed toiletries and other emergencies) and for that we either receive wine, a restaurant voucher or Radisson points!

A bit noisy in the night when people were walking into their rooms because the doors slamming would echo a bit. The hotel closes the enterance closer to the tunnel from the underground in the evening, so you have to walk around the hotel to the other enterance.

The location was very nice, close to the underground station! The staff was helpful, they helped immeditely with any request we had. The room was clean and cozy.
