Small issue with the cleaner not getting the room done in time but was dealt with in a quick manner.

The overall reception and attention to our needs, from the owner and his staff, was excellent. The Breakfast, including service, was first class! Couldn’t fault it! The location is good being close to the seafront, the pleasure beach and other attractions.

Jackie, who was a wonderful lady, and Tony the owner, located out of Blackpool centre, so quite, parking outside, great breakfast, a real find, one of the best bed and breakfast establishments we’ve stayed in .

It took us ages to check in, despite ringing the door bell and the contact number for about half an hour. The room had also been made up as a double and not a twin as what we had booked. We separated the beds ourselves. And the next night the beds had been made up properly as two singles.

The owner was friendly, the beds were comfy and the room was very nice and homely. Great location right near the Pleasure Beach and that end of Blackpool. Free street parking outside as well.

Rooms are clean and tidy but it is an older house so don't expect super modern or clinical clean ...it is clean but it is an old style house but it was a lovely stay in a notoriously hard to find good place

Owner and the lady were lovely really friendly and nothing was too much trouble...staff make it. Alot of useful info given when arrived and they even have oil radiators if you feel the chill....lovely people

We loved all the decor and how you felt when you walked in. It was very personal to the owner and made you feel welcomed and very homely. The rooms are Beautiful and had little things in it you needed but would never think off bringing.

Absolutely nothing!

This was our 2nd visit to Park Royal and we were so pleased we did! A beautiful place and Anthony has made it a very interesting and friendly place to stay. The room had whatever you would need and more. Down to cotton wool to remove make up! Bed very comfortable. Tracey who helps in the kitchen is just so very lovely! The accommodation is immaculate and lots of lovely things to look at. Breakfast was very high quality and presented very well indeed! Thank you so much for such a lovely stay! ❤️

There was nothing I could fault the property or the host on

It was close to South Pier. All the added little extras in the room were an excellent touch and much appreciated from bottled water in the fridge to freshly laundered cotton house coats

Absolutely amazing for money . The breakfast is a 10 out of 10 . We have twin daughters age 10 and they Absolutely loved here especially the dog leon 😁 . Would 100% recommend this place

The place is in a fantastic location. The property is very welcoming and the owners are absolutely amazing. So friendly and helpful. The artwork and plants throughout give the hotel a comforting homely feel. The room was great, perfect for all of us with plenty of room. The breakfast was lovely and brought to us by a lovely, happy lady. Definitely be back and highly recommended.
