We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

We had booked breakfast but had to leave by 7am the next day which was before breakfast was served. The owner went out of his way to leave us cereals, muffins, fruit etc to help ourselves to.

United KingdomOn arrival i was shown to my room and had case carried for me without asking which I found to be a nice personal touch as I was on my own. Also I mentioned that I feel the cold and an extra heater was produced and radiator checked. Everything was better than I had expected and lots of character with art and interesting objects all round premises giving a really individual look. Would definitely book again over my normal hotel .

United KingdomNoisy at night, could hear guests talking in corridor and coming up the stairs. The clock at the bottom of the stairs chimed throughout the night.
Rooms decorated modern which is nice. The lounge area was also nicely decorated. Beds were comfortable. Hosts were really lovely and kind. Check in and check out were both really easy and smooth! Cleanest little hotel I've stayed at in Blackpool

United KingdomWalls and floors are paper thin. We were in room 3 and could here every footstep from the room above us and the room beside us. I could hear toilet sounds and it sounded like they stayed up most of the night. Tracey was lovely and very kind at breakfast but found her a little full on.
Warm, welcoming and friendly. Attractive room. Home from home feel. Lovely en-suite. Lovely bar area although we didn't use it. Breakfast was fantastic. So much variety of high quality food. 25 min walk to attractions, Tower etc...

Breakfast was lovely, there was a great selection so you definitely wont go hungry :) would definitely return to ParkRoyal when we go back to Blackpool. Also the location was perfect for us. The breakfast was excellent plenty of choice and freshley cooked, continental also available, and packed lunches offered at reasonable cost, room and facillities were very good and very clean, the staff and owner were very helpful and accomadating, i have booked ahead for a visit next year, i would highly recommend this hotel, the location is great for South Pier Entertainment and 2 min walk to promenade

Everything, the hotel is spotless and we had a fantastic room. the staff were amazing nothing too much trouble and made us all feel at home. i personally loved the decor, the owner has some amazing furniture and ornaments and the quirkiness all makes to a fantastic hotel the man is a genius. we will definitely return in the future it’s just perfect.
