Generally everything was good, some things could be more clean. For example the shower head was not clean but for us starting 2 nights it was not a massive issue.

We have stayed before and it is exactly what we need for our weekend in Brighton. The prices are good and the location is nice.

Not much of a complaint, but the stairs are quite narrow, as well as the room. Our room was on the top floor, and I had a large suitcase with me, which ended up not fitting inside the room, so I had to take some of my stuffs out and leave my suitcase by the reception. There was also no elevator, so unfortunately I had to drag my suitcase up and down the narrow stairs....

The location is closer to the beach than to Brighton center, but still walkable. The room was beautiful, and the bed was comfortable. The receptionist was very helpful and very much within reach despite not standing by at the desk all the time. The amenities were quite premium, and the bathroom was always clean.

A couple of small things like the TV remote didn't work well and the sink didn't drain very well.

Great location, parking permits available, helpful staff, nice beds, clean bathroom. Nice storage in the room and tea and coffee making facilities also available. Decor is cool and modern.

Realised the imaged for the room we booked were indicative only so was slightly smaller than the one we thought we would be in. The shower curtain didn't cover completely so the bathroom floor would get very wet. Room was very warm.

Location good, friendly staff member and able to leave luggage behind after check in. Deals with local food businesses.

The on street parking is a bit of a nightmare, especially during peak times and weekends but that isn't really the hotels fault and it didn't affect our stay at all.

Perfect location, plenty to do around the hotel and it's only a short walk to the seafront. The receptionist was great and very helpful, especially with where to find parking. The bedroom was a decent size and the bed was comfortable - we can't fault our stay.

Parking is quite a hassle. You can buy a day ticket (12 pounds) at the desk, that is fine. Problem is that it is hard to find a parking spot nearby. We had to park a 15 minute walk away.

Breakfast not included. The checkin was freindly and rooms were clean and comfortable. Just a minute away from the beach and a five minute walk towards centre of Brighton, and Brighton pier.

The room only had one opening window which was very stiff to open and close.

Fantastic, easy stay at Paskins Town House. Staff friendly and efficient, room clean and aired. The room was nicely decorated and had a side sea view which I wasn't expecting! Great location for beach and shopping. We took advantage of the discount at the local cafe for breakfast which was great value and delicious.

When we arrived back from the event, I went to use the bathroom and my partner went out to enjoy the balcony, whilst he was out there he could see right through the blind and let me know at once which when discussed, obviously, raised concerns over how comfortable we felt using the bathroom. Due to necessity, my partner continued to use the shower and in the short time it takes to have a shower the bathroom flooded.

The room was perfect for what we needed! My partner and I stayed for one night as we had an event on the beach so it was the perfect location as it's less than 5 minutes to the beach. The bed was super comfy and the room was clean and tidy with a great unique aesthetic. We loved having access to the balcony and looking out at the sea. The price for the room was great as well. The photos matched the room perfectly!

I was disappointed that it wasn’t water front as described and quite a hike uphill to get to. Also, I booked this room because it advertised a balcony and looked forward to an evening drink on the balcony after a long day and night of travel, but it wasn’t useable (locked windows and tiny) and overlooked a street, not the water. This was misleading.

loved my room. beautiful and classy! Super friendly and down to earth hosts

Nothing but make sure you say if stairs aren’t your thing top floor would be a challenge.

Excellent location right near the seafront short walk from the pier and The Lanes. Very clean , the bed was super comfy. Good quality tea, coffee and shower products. I was worried as had accidentally booked shared bathroom but it was fine clean and no queues. Charlotte was very nice. Both cafes you get breakfast discounts at had lovely food and drinks. Would definitely recommend and book again when in Brighton

Everything was great , only the blinds could have been a bit better to keep out the light but that was very minor .

Lovely room and great location. I was there celebrating my birthday with 2 friends and we booked the triple room . Upon arrival, they had put a bottle of prosecco in the room, which was a lovely little touch ♥️ Would highly recommend and will stay again when visiting Brighton

The bathroom was very small with low water pressure. Our room was in the uppermost floor and the staircases quite steep.

The room was cosy and comfortably sized, with character. Everything was clean and I loved the windowsills. It's good they provided a teakettle, as there is no in-house breakfast. Location was fantastic - plenty of cafes, shops, bars and the beach nearby!
