Our bedroom was particularly warm. A fan was delivered to our room very promptly but unfortunately it didn’t make much difference.

The staff were so friendly, helpful and couldn’t do enough for us!

The mattress was on the firm side, which I didn't find very comfortable esp paired with the very thin duvet. No plugs on the bed side of the room.

Brilliant to have the jacuzzi, which is really huge so plenty of space and the nice warm pool too.

Everything was top notch nothing to dislike

we did enjoy the food and everything was extremely excellent. Staff were so friendly and we did enjoy our stay. The room was spotless as well as the pool side and also the breakfast and dinner was so delicious.

Just the bathroom as dated

I thought the breakfast was average nothing special. Room was good very clean however, the bathrooms are a bit dated now.

When we just checked in the bath was dirty with lot's of short dark hair. I decided not to use bath after it. It was disgusting. Apart from hot breakfast the rest breakfast choice was not great. Coffee was made of powder and tasted strange. Fruit salad was frozen and was awful. The variety could be better as in other prestigious chain hotels.

Rooms are spacious, the bed and pillows were comfortable, the sofa near the window looked very stylish. The spa was great, really relaxing. The hot breakfast was good.

There was nothing at all I didn't like other than the fact so many dishes on the menu were unavailable.

I liked the lay out, car parking, and the grounds. The staff were exceptionally helpful.

Bits of paper under bed and gummy bears under table did not evidence good or thorough cleaning.

the tv channels were kinda appalling and disappointing as most of the channels didn’t work, for breakfast service there should be more varieties of breakfast for those who don’t eat pork… overall the stay was really good but I don’t understand the whole £50 deposit if £80 was paid for room.

Hotel was very fancy beautiful and clean, room was comfortable and amazing, bathroom was 10/10.

Lack of staff. We was just two people in the bar on Saturday evening around 9pm we ordered two pink gins and this took 30mins

Room was really good and spacious, clean and silent. Staff was all very friendly and welcoming Hotel is good condition, facilities are great. Pool is nice and clean. Restaurant has good choice of food. Breakfast could have been slightly better in terms of options. Otherwise rest all is fab.

Can honestly say I have had a really nice time for 4 days at the Marriott in Peterborough. Waking up for a swim, steam & sauna every day was a joy, no need to take anything with me all shampoos, towels etc were all there and complimentary. The rooms were clean, looked after and the cleaners done a cracking job. The hotel was genuinely the best part of my stay (except seeing my fabulous friends) and a big shout out to the beautiful, wonderfully happy and kind sinead on reception who just topped my stay off. - what an asset to the hotel she is. Thankyou Marriott (and the gorgeous scent “delta Marriott” is one I’ll be looking for when I get home.)

having stayed at this hotel on numerous occasions and always found very good on this occasion the only downfall we found was breakfast in past years we have been greeted by a member of staff who always brought the tea or coffee , this year tea and coffee was out of a machine and hot breakfast was really sub standard
