Lovely small, ensuite double room in a great location. We also received a small basket containing fruit juice, bananas, crisps, water, and croissants. Very thoughtful for breakfast.

WiFi not very strong, but didn't bother us too much. Nothing bad to say.

The room was spotlessly clean. Welcome basket was a nice touch. Comfy bed. Side Sea view which was unexpected. Lee was very helpful with parking permits and was very friendly & welcoming. Will definitely stay again.

Nothing. All good, and we would happily return to Pink Pavilion for all future visits.

We upgraded our room to the larger double, which was a generous size. Bed was comfortable, and facilities all worked. The location was fantastic and the host friendly

The shower unit is flimsy structurally, but the water pressure was fine. Both taps in the basin took a lot of turning before any water flowed.

Location is excellent, very central, although this meant that parking was challenging. Apartment was clean and had all the essentials

Not a dislike, but the shower being in the room was a little strange... I understand given what one can do with the space in an old building. Likewise, the wifi was on the weak side, however, it still worked for emailing, just not for buying National Express tickets.

The staff were great!, the landlady was lovely, helpful and very understanding why I was late in due to transport issues. The room was clean, with Toilet, sink and shower in room… bed was comfy, and was well ventilated. And located close to some of the best bars in town.

Not a problem for us, but quite alot of stairs if allocated a 2nd floor room. Otherwise can not fault anything else, Superb.

Quiet, very clean, friendly staff who left us a selection box. Like Kemp Town as less busy than other bits of Brighton.

    Everything

Lee is lovely . Beautiful rooms . Very clean & what a fantastic location . We were going to an event at the Concorde 2 & it was ideal Just near the shops too & loads of little cafe"s . Paid £10 for a parking permit. Would highly recommend & value for money . One of the cheapest places ,but that certainly did not impact the quality . 5 stars . We will definitely be coming back. ..

If you are worried about privacy, you should note that the shower unit is in the bedroom - so ensure you are comfortable sharing with somebody else before booking.

Excellent location right in the heart of Kemptown, just a few minutes' walk from the Old Steine bus station. Walking to the main high street into town and the Lanes is 5-10 minutes maximum and just a short stroll to the beach. We even had a Sea View which was a lovely bonus! The rooms are kept immaculately clean - they are bright and airy and big enough given the premium price on space in central Brighton. The bed was really comfy and the free tea and coffee was much appreciated. Thank you for a brilliant stay Lee - we'll definitely be back!
