I was so delighted to be able to host three guests with light meals and tea that I prepared in the kitchen for afternoon chat during my stay. The house was exceptionally clean, the bed was very comfortable, and the stylish design gave me a luxury feeling. The public transport connection was very good between Truro and Redruth. They run a small grocery store downstairs, so you can cook healthy meals at home.

Unfortunately the ventilation didn't seem to work in the bathroom/toilet. This was the only drawback but no other issues with the accommodation.

We had the best stay at Poldice. Mem & Conrad are the most hospitable hosts, nothing is too much of an ask! Really lovely people that make you feel very welcome. The apartment is spotless & feels very homely, with everything that you could need for your stay! There is free parking just across the street, a local shop & pub just across the road! All is perfect.

Place is very comfortable, clean and well maintained. Owners are friendly and helpful. Free parking near by. Perfect for staying as 15 mins drive from Chapel Port, 30s from St Ives and Crantock Beach. Lovely place for relax. Well recommend.

Really easy to pick up keys as the owners run the village shop next door which is open until 7pm. Owners were really friendly and helpful. Great little apartment, had everything you need for a short break. Spotless! Handy location with free car park just over the road. Would highly recommend.

Nothing about the accommodation or owners, but no fault of the owners, and not a major issue, road noise and pub opposite, but for location of bedroom and sleeping we never heard a thing.

Beautifully presented with a lot of work put into making it luxurious and comfortable, with bonus of free parking nearby. Owners were very attentive and supplied milk etc for our stay. It was immaculate and a very good night sleep! GREAT FOR WHAT WE NEEDED FOR OUR WEEKEND.

I can't find any negatives at all about this property.

Property was spotlessly clean. And everything was there that you could possibly need. Bed and sofa really comfy I suffer from insomnia but I even slept well!. Couple were really friendly and helpful. Couldn't find any faults here. Would definately stay here again.and great value for money.

Nothing to dislike about the property. I half expected there to be an oven however, as it would be nice to just throw a pizza in if you've had a long day travelling.

Breakfast isn't available at this property as such, but you get a fridge with fresh milk and some cereal. There is a microwave, a hob and an air fryer here too. The apartment is modern and clean with handy things like iron and ironing board and a hair dryer. It totals four rooms and a hallway (with good storage space), including shower room, bedroom, lounge/diner and kitchen. All compact but not in anyway cramped. Conrad and Mem are terrific hosts and make you feel welcome straight away.

It was exactly what I needed for my 2 nights over in Truro. Property owner was so nice and friendly. The transportation system within the town is a bit messed but apartment owner volunteered to take me to the national coach station in his own car. Was a nice gesture truly and I appreciate.

Clean, modern and comfortable apartment. Best sleep I’ve had in a very long time in a very comfortable bed. Kitchen and bathroom were fitted to a very high standard. As a solo traveler I felt safe and comfortable in this property.
