Place is very comfortable, clean and well maintained. Owners are friendly and helpful. Free parking near by. Perfect for staying as 15 mins drive from Chapel Port, 30s from St Ives and Crantock Beach. Lovely place for relax. Well recommend.

Property information

Beautifully appointed self-catering, one bedroomed serviced apartments. Located on the outskirts of Truro and close to the A30 our apartments are the perfect choice for business travellers or holidaymakers alike. Each apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with complimentary teabags, coffee, breakfast cereals and fresh milk. The bathrooms have complimentary Lewis and Cole toiletries. There is a living room with dining area. Other facilities include. A laptop safe, iron/ironing board, hairdryer, Bedside USB phone chargers. Extra blankets & pillows. Smart tv with most apps Netflix etc. Access to the Apartment is via some steps and is likely unsuitable for wheelchair users.

Neighbourhood information

Conveniently located in the centre of the village with everything you need at hand. Next door is a well-stocked village shop. As well as a Public house, Farmers market, Bakery, Cafe & Fish & chip shop all within a short walking distance. Treliske hospital and Falmouth University are nearby. There is a bus stop 30 yards from the property with regular buses into Truro passing Treliske Hospital and Truro train station. There are five popular beaches within 6 miles of the apartments and the coast-to-coast cycle path passes through the valley. Mutton Cove is nearby which is home to a colony of over 100 Grey seals.
